I had a great stay at Guille's house. It's located in a beautiful lush neighborhood walkable to many great restaurants, shops and other amenities. Guille was great with communication and always there to help. The home is even bigger than the photos indicate - so much space! Air conditioning and water pressure/heat were very good. My flight arrived and departed late in the evening and this wasn't an issue for check-in/out. Recommended!

We had the best time! A spectacular view, everything was super clean and comfortable and well-equipped. Rodolfo helped us with directions to the house and was always very attentive. He responded quickly to all our questions. Thank you!

The house is in a quiet place, lots of vegetation, the facilities in good working order. It could use a larger oven (you can't bake a whole pizza at a time) and a kettle. Otherwise, the house is perfect for spending a few quiet days with a lot of privacy

A great place to stay for a short or long time. For a long time it would be better to have more facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. It has a small stove and a square heladerita. Both could be bigger for a more comfortable long stay (minimum 2 burners and a bigger fridge), although my partner and I stayed for an entire month and it was quite good, somehow we managed to fit everything in the mini fridge jajaj. Good place, near Mariscal Lopez Avenue where you take any collective to go to Asunción or wherever. It is close to 2 Biggies (minisupermercados 24 hs), the Shopping Pinedo (where there is a supermarket Areté), near the Ciclovía de San Lorenzo, which became super cute, is spacious, very green. And also close to the campus of the National University of Asunción. The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows are comfortable. In the house they facilitate washing and dry clothes with the sun.

This is the third time we've stayed at this house. It's very comfortable and spacious. Close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants. Ideal to come with children. We always come to see the family, and the spaces in the house are ideal for sharing, either indoors or outdoors. Vicente (the caretaker) is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed.

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

The house is very nice and is very well equipped. There is not much nearby but it arrives very well delivery and Uber. The only thing I didn't like is that it has a camera in the dnd dining room is also the armchair bed and I found it invasive.

We really enjoyed this week at Peter's. As newcomers to the American continent, Peter helped us with all questions: airport transfer, car rental, currency exchange, bus ticket, visiting the market, etc. The house is spacious, the bed has a good mattress, the air conditioning cools down quickly and the kitchen is well equipped. The new grill on the large terrace, which we used a lot, was great. And last but not least: the large pool in the middle of the bird-rich garden is even magically lit in the evening. As a start for South America, the best address starts here with Peter.

We felt very comfortable, the accommodation fully met our expectations, the welcome by Henry was friendly and helpful. The house and surroundings are beautiful and well maintained. A place to feel good and unwind. You can see and feel that someone here takes care of detail with a lot of love. Especially the pool allowed me to survive the prevailing temperatures in Ascuncion as a North German:-). Thank you for providing the right framework to say goodbye to Paraguay from sister and brother-in-law and this great country after 5 weeks.

Jessica was an amazing host and very quick to respond to any questions. The place was better than advertised, pictures dont do the grounds justice. The outside area was beautiful and a perfect place to relax and hang out. Thank you for everything Jessica, we will be coming back.

Rebeca is an excellent host.. She is very attentive, super polite and made it easy for us at all times to comfort and good attention. The place is beautiful, the apartment is very comfortable and the area is very quiet. It is with a plaza in front of the property where one can take walks, exercises and take children for the distraction. The duplex is located very well. 5 minutes from everything. Highly recommended. We spent a few beautiful days as a family enjoying the comfort of the house , the feast of its piciina, and the natural blleza of its park. The hosts are kind and predisposed. The location is great. Highly recommended!!

Doña Karla and Don Felipe, have given us the best treatment we have received in Paraguay. The treatment was easy, and pleasant, as well as clear communication. The house is quite well located, in what could be considered a fairly residential Urban Periphery, but with proximity to many trade options; located between the Center and the Extraradio of the Metropolitan Zone of Gran Asunción. The quality of the building is quite good; it contains the neighborhood noises much better than do Buildings located in sectors such as Recoleta, Villa Morra and/or the Corporate Axis. Highly recommended.

Nickel house 👌 as described with garden, barbecue, hanging rack, nothing missing. Very quiet neighborhood We felt right at home. Alain and Carla are very responsive and very kind, we thank them very much. We will come back to their home without hesitation.
