Find time to relax at our quiet, newly renovated in-law apartment set in the back of a 5 acre wood parcel. There is plenty of wildlife to admire while you are sitting on the elevated deck in the summer or looking out any of the 4 bay windows in the winter. If you like adventure, the property is adjacent to a reservoir that offers fishing spots and miles of hiking trails.

Very cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath house with great kitchen, central AC and WiFi on private Tuscarora Lake. This house has a full kitchen, washing machine/dryer and kayaks, canoes, show shoes and more.

Take in the spectacular views and amazing sunrises from either our huge front porch or lodge-like deck/pavilion out back!The Cottage offers the perfect place to kick back and relax anytime of the year. The area offers many activities for all 4 seasons and The Cottage is the perfect home base to explore Central NY.
