No smoking within the property please. The unit is ideal for short stay visitors who are happy to dine out. Air fryer, Electric fry pan, Microwave, electric jug, cutlery, plates etc. Tea, Coffee, Milk, Juice and Breakfast cereal provided. Dining table but no washing machine. Compact, Self contained, clean, quiet, comfortable and 10 mins walk to City Centre. Surrounded by trees but still has a unique uninterrupted view of the Port and City.

We live in a lovely central area of Nelson and have a private separate area downstairs. This area has a queen bed, private bathroom and separate entrance. It is 10 minutes walk to supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and town . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.

Munro Manor

House is situated on Britannia Heights overlooking Tasman Bay with beautiful sea views and an outdoor swimming pool. Our guest space is on the ground floor of our house which offers 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a large lounge and kitchenette. 20 minute walk into town. 5 minute walk to the ocean. There is Netflix and Sky TV available in the lounge and a BBQ for your use.

Fabulous stay in very comfortable studio with beautiful views from the deck and a relaxing hot tub. David was a very friendly host with lots of good suggestions for local hikes and some great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

A model for what Airbnb does well. Beautiful place, stunning view in a tony neighborhood one could otherwise never stay in (because there are no hotels). 1. The Tahunanui Hills is a lovely residential area with amazing views over Tasman Bay and towards the mountains/national parks to the west. 2. The house is an easy 5-minute drive from Tahunanui Beach. 3. the place has everything: full kitchen (though the fridge and dishwasher are both half-sized), comfortable beds, reclining chairs, etc. to make it enjoyable to spend time there. 4.Bev and Athol are gems, just the kind of people you'd wish you could meet on vacation but would otherwise (without Airbnb) be hard to find as a tourist. 5. Fair price. Really, can't say enough good things about this place, the neighborhood, the views, and the hosts. Highest recommendation. Would definitely stay again!

A very peaceful location and great set up. Access to the city is still very easy but once here you feel like you’re in a remote, rural setting so nice and relaxing. Lovely new bathroom and great shower, very comfortable bed and big couch. Very reasonable rate for the quality and lovely, friendly and highly commutative hosts.

Alice and Mitch's studio sleep out is a well equipped unit separate from the main house. the studio unit is spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed, a small but well equipped kitchen, WiFi and his sized satellite TV. Location is situated just around the corner of downtown Richmond, you can walk in 3-4 minutes to the grocery and many other shops. it's great being so close to town, at times there's some daytime noise from a the nearby Toyota shop during business hours, but at night (after 5pm) & all day weekends it's peaceful as can be. Alice and Mitch and their young family are great hosts, so friendly and helpful yet respect your privacy completely. The off street parking is a real plus, as well as a washer in the unit. and as I said businesses including restaurants and pubs are literally a 5 minute walk away. This is a great value, especially for longer stays. Thank you!
