You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

Our townhouse is in Dutchman`s Bay, a suburb of Nelson Bay on Port Stephens.It is north facing with beautiful views of the bay.It gets a cool breeze in the summer and warm sun in the winter.Dutchies beach, which is secluded and safe for children, is an easy walk down steps in front of our unit.The area has great facilities including a heated swimming pool, lovely beaches and other aquatic facilities.There are 2 golf courses,several bowling clubs, plenty of restaurants and 2 shopping centres.

Walk to the beach, award winning restaurants, cafes, bars, boutique shops and d’Albora Marina (approx. 400m from the unit), where dolphin watching cruises and the ferry departs and whale watching adventures (between mid-May and mid-November each year). Nelson Bay Golf Club is only 600m away. Please note that this listing is not appropriate for people with mobility challenges. Steep access and stairs.

Your own private space detached from the house. Park your car at the front door. Meters from the Lemon Tree Passage bowling club. A 10 minute walk to 3 cafe's and Poyers waterfront dinning. Search for Koalas and Dolphins along the waterfront walks or watch movies on the 64 inch TV. Max 2 people, 25min drive to the Airport, 40min drive to Newcastle. 40 min drive to Port Stephens. Sorry no pets. WiFi is available. Friday night entertainment at the Bowling Club could be loud.
