The most amazing experience was had here at st.clair if you are looking for perfection on a location,amenities galore,a perfect location for a special occasion this is the place ambience to die for and hands down service like non other this is your place & the chef here represents what a true tasting of Jamaica should be, the flavors are beyond thought definitely culinary genius at work for this place. I would not share such a place but for those who know me know I share every jewel I have had the pleasure of and these meals must be shouted from the mountains of Jamaica as top contender for Jamaicas’ TOP KITCHEN! I had a fantastic stay at Patrick’s place in Negril! The apartment is perfectly located—just steps away from the beautiful 7-mile beach, local restaurants, and supermarkets. The peaceful setting of the condo complex provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable balcony with a lovely view of the pool and ocean. It was great to have an A/C unit that worked well, and the in-unit laundry was a huge plus. Wi-Fi was strong enough for me to get some work done during my stay. Patrick was an exceptional host—always responsive, providing helpful tips about local spots, and even checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness in making sure guests have everything they need. I highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Negril, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Thank you David & Nicole for hosting me. I had everything I needed away from home. Comfortable, clean, modern, beautiful view. Location is perfect, walking distance to shops, bank, great restaurants, super friendly locals. David & Nicole responded within minutes when I had a question which was great. Beautiful place to stay. Very accomodating host

great stay for rest and relaxation but close enough to local beach and restaurants as well as excursions. very peaceful and quiet. Awesome A/C in bedrooms and it was great to have a washing machine and clothing line outside. I was to pack less by doing laundry every few days. overall satisfied with my experience and value. thank you 😊

Accomodation was awesome. Apartman is directly in the beach - it is part of complex, but this apratman is in the nearest place zo the beach. See was beautifull and clean, and not too many people on the beach so we have calm time there. Noone bother us with selling somethin. Christine comunicated quickly..we had issue with AC, and she solved it promtly. Thank you for oportunity to be there…we had 3 different apartmans in Jamaica - but this one was best. Highly recommended.

Mr Moses was very respectful and responsive, provided a lot of resources and recommendations regarding restaurants etc. check in was very easy and the place matches the website description.whenever I reached out to him with a question, he immediately responded. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great stay at Jason's place! The space was clean, private, and very welcoming—perfect for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Phillip was a great host: super responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would book again in the future!

This stay is in a fantastic location. Private and just steps away from the beach. If a very back to basics stay if for you then the is the place. No AC and the fan is a little small, could really do with a decent fan. Also no easy access to water and would really benefit from An outside grill to cook basically. This isn’t gripe. Still would 100% recommend this stay and would happily stay again

Our family of 4 (2 teens) loved the home. Lots of relaxing spaces for us adults and a ‘selfie’ dream canvas for our girls. Home was clean and felt like our home away from home. The yard/garden spaces were magical! We spent many mornings and evenings listening to the waves and watching the sunset. The private pool and beach area was gorgeous. Our late mornings/early afternoons were spent at the pool/beach (there is a little jungle just outside the clubhouse with a little path to the ‘other side’ easily walkable. Lots of exploring to be had there, as well as shops and food) with our evenings spent exploring Jamaica - enjoying the amazing food and exciting activities. We had a wonderful time. Laura - you knocked it out of the park! This one will be hard to top!

When you say a home away from home :) . Quiet and peaceful environment. Every where was spotless.

We loved our stay in West End! Dwayne was an awesome on site host - always available to answer questions and give recommendations. This location was very private and a short walking distance to great food and attractions in West End. It was just a short drive or about a 45 minute walk to the Seven Mile Beach in Negril. Thanks for hosting us!

I had a wonderful stay here with my family. it was very spacious, clean and just as Caroll has described it on the listing. The listening mentioned coffee as one of the amenities. I informed her there wasn't any in the house and she had the house caretaker run out and get it for us right away. There was some issues with water pressure and hot water but the care taker explained the water was on a pump system. we also found out that we couldn't shower at the same time to have hot water in both showers. It wasn't that big of a deal and understandable when staying on an island. The kitchen was very clean, plenty of towels were provided and the rooms had very comfortable beds. 10/10!

we had a brilliant time amazing veiw we watched the turtles every morning was great restaurants on site pizza jerk chicken a chicken place all sorts you can get security on site supermarket on site and a bar. the gentleman man what showed us round the property was a lovely friendly man told us everything we needed to no. brilliant host kept us up to date with everything responded quickly great stay

Carol’s place felt like a home away from home: comfortable, well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms, games, hangers), nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds. Great location on beach and walkable to restaurants and groceries. Would stay again!

What an amazing two week stay we (2 adults 2 children) have had in this apartment! It was so spacious and clean and absolutely perfect. The facilities were fantastic, every thing you could need - literally a home from home. The lounge area was wonderfully comfortable to sit and chill, and breakfast out on the spacious terrace was just the perfect start to the day. It was about 30 paces down to the glorious beach, which had plenty of beach beds and lots of shade from the trees if you didn’t want to be out in the sun. It really is a perfect condo - so much so, we booked again before we even left.

Jodie’s place was perfect. Perfect location as it’s walkable to beach and walkable to town where you can easily catch a route taxi or chartered. It is fully loaded with all the things necessary for a comfortable stay if you like to fill the fridge and save some money on eating out. I really loved the attention to detail, really did feel at home. I Will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 !

The place was clean and had everything she said it had. The grocery store below was a great perk and the food options in the building too. We had an ocean view right out of our window and were a short taxi ride away from 7 mile beach. She was very responsive too! We were literally less than half a mile from the venue where our friends wedding was being held

The place is perfect for people who just want to relax, private beach large pool and a short walk to what we thought was the no. 1 beach , Bloody Bay beach . The snorkeling was amazing saw everything from sharks, stingrays, moray eels, fish of every kind and even caught a lobster and crab by hand . Don't be bashful ask people for anything they all want to help you have a great stay . We found out from a resident that you could have meals delivered to you also there was a farmer that came and had fresh vegetables and fruit on Mondays and Fridays. It was awesome. They say taxi's and restaurants are expensive, not really it's comparable to most places around the world. Are we coming back " YEAH MON " we are already looking into it for next year we totally recommend this place. Great place for long stays we stayed 63 days loved every minute.
