We had a pleasant enjoyable stay for almost a month at this clean spacious apartment. Ranjith was a very helpful host going above and beyond to assist us. He is very helpful and attentive. Unit was very clean and equipped with all the essentials needed to make our stay comfortable. building also has a generator which a huge benefit during power cuts. Residency has its own security guard which is great for safety and privacy. Very easy convenient check in and check out. Great place to stay!

Super beautiful, calm, and well decorated new Airbnb in Colombo. I stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of my stay. It's a great addition to the city & Manthika was super lovely too, thank you!

Nice location - short tuk tuk ride or hot walk to many local sights. Safe guarded complex. Supermarket in apartment complex, pool is large (3 different sizes) with a small playground for kids and views of the Lotus tower, and also a gym on the same floor. inside is spacious, clean and with air cons in the rooms.

Hands down one of the best best best place to stay in Colombo. It has an amazing view with swimming pool access

I was in Colombo for work, followed by a vacation with my family. Romesh's place was perfect for my 2 weeks of work in Colombo. The apartment is centrally located close to several restaurants. Romesh and Janak were very responsive throughout my stay. Check in was very easy and Janak welcomed me and oriented me to the place. The apartment is very well maintained with AC in all the rooms, and a good WIFI connection. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and all the implements for cooking and eating. The location is secure and I had no concerns about safety or security. Hotel Janki is close to the apartment and I had several meals there and use of the swimming pool for a small fee. When I am in Sri Lanka, I normally stay in my own house, which is currently rented out. Romesh's place was as good as staying at my own house. Thank you.

Die Unterkunf ist riesig und ein privater Ort über den Dächern von Negombo. Eine tolle Unterkunft um nach einem langen Flug erstmal abzuschalten. Für längere Aufenthalte mit Selbstversorgung reicht die Ausstattung der Küche jedoch nicht aus. Die Betten sind mega bequem und für diejenigen die eine Klimaanlage benötigen: die funktioniert super. Anuk war immer gut zu erreichen, half uns mit seinem Housekeeper beim Gepäck und organisierte uns ein Taxi für den Transport zum Airport.

we felt really welcomed from the beginning. Harscha and his family were super nice and accommodating! He even picked us up at the airport and brought us to the next bus station at the end of our stay and helped us getting in the right bus! Maybe you should know that the living room is open so little animals and mosquitoes can come in easily but the sleeping area is closed so that was not a problem for us:)

Superbe maison, idéale si vous devez séjourner près de l’aéroport. L’emplacement est top, dans une résidence privée et proche de restaurants. L’hôte est extrêmement gentil, réactif et toujours prêt à aider. Merci encore pour l’accueil.

Negombo n'apparaissant pas dans les sites d'interêt majeur, nous ne pensions pas vivre de tels instants. Sous le couvert de la forêt, au bord d'un canal débouchant sur la Mangrove, la maison est entourée d'une large terrasse fraîche. A la fois calme et au milieu des habitants de ce quartier catholique, elle offre confort et authenticité. Hetti nous a assisté pour les repas, les transports et les activités. De la maison on atteint la plage où l'on découvre l'activité des pêcheurs traditionnels. Magnifique promenade en bateau dans la mangrove organisée par notre hôte. Deux jours qui laisseront de trés beaux souvenirs.

Stopped for one night after a long flight. Exactly what we were looking for: quiet, private, clean and excellent location. There was coffee, tea, and toiletries. Bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Private outdoor area for having morning coffee and to relax. Host was very responsive, proactive, and allowed late checkout at our request. Great value for money. Highly recommend

Osh's place is a lovely apartment with high quality furniture and fittings. His dad manages the place. He was really friendly and helpful giving us good advice. Always willing to help and nothing is too difficult for him I would recommend anybody coming to Colombo to stay at Osh's place.

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Ajith and his wife are wonderful host's, and it was a pleasure to meet them. Their apartment was great, even better than the photos. It's spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. Everything is very clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect, with loads of tasty restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets, and regular buses into Fort. Ranbath restaurant was our favorite, and well worth the ten minute walk. Ajith was super helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The cable TV was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this place, and return in the future.

I recently stayed at Chathura Place Borella Apartment, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the super friendly host, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself feels just like a home away from home. It’s well-equipped with all the basic cooking utensils and appliances you might need, allowing you to prepare your own meals comfortably. The kitchen setup is great for anyone looking to cook rather than eat out. One of the most convenient features is the Food City located right under the apartment, making it incredibly easy to get any basic necessities without going far. The space is clean, well-maintained, and offers a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

Ich kann die Unterkunft von Asela nur empfehlen! Das Apartment ist sauber (es wird wöchentlich gereinigt), es ist nur 3 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt, es sind viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe und auch Supermärkte etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders bemerkenswert war die Hilfsbereitschaft, Freundlichkeit und Flexibilität von dem Host Asela! Er hat bei jeden Anliegen sofort geantwortet und hat mir viele Tips gegeben, vor meiner Anreise und während meinem Aufenthalt. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

We had a wonderful stay at Tamara’s place! The house was exceptionally clean, AC rooms, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with all the amenities you could need. The location was excellent and convenient, perfect for exploring Colombo. Tamara was a proactive and incredibly kind host, providing clear instructions and making both check-in and check-out a breeze. I absolutely loved my time here and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Colombo without hesitation!

Pubudu is a gem of a person. Although our stay at his home was only 3 nights, he was helpful for our entire holiday in Sri Lanka. He even provided extremely reasonable prices road travel.options within Sri Lanka. As regards his home, it is a great options for those looking for a peaceful and serene location. His home is exactly as listed and in fact has more than what is listed. Pubudu has taken care of everything one could possibly require on their travels. There are a few supermarkets within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped for those who prefer to cook for themselves. The building complex also has a nice swiming pool which can be used. The apartment is a home away from home.

A very chic apartment in a quiet (but well located) street in Colombo. Clean, well furnished and absolutely ideal for a short stay in the city! Chathurangi is a great host - flexible in terms of check in/check out times, responsive, and happy to provide local recommendations. Highly recommend!
