Lovely hosts and perfect place to stay! Super clean, walking distance from the park and great shared spaces (pool & gym - you do have to pay extra there but worth it!) . I did need and had my space as I had to work but the times I interacted was all friendly and even got really good recommendations!

Nana is a perfect host. The place was clean and beautiful. I think the place was cleaned about three times a week. I shared a bathroom with people from two other rooms, and the kitchen with people from three other rooms. Of course, how comfortable my stay was depended on the share-mates, but I was lucky to even make good friends there. The location is also good place to reach to the main spots in KL.

Thanks host, we enjoy the stay, everything is good as per describe, beach is one minute only by walking although it not very suitable for swimming, it still beautiful scenery. and it would be very helpful if there is water filter, to conclude we enjoy the moment, thank you for hospitality.

It was a lovely home with a stunning view of the ocean. We enjoyed the seabreeze and pool very much. Definitely a great place to unwind and chill with small groups.

The kitchen is to die for it is so spacey (we get to do lots of activities) , filled with cooking tools, beautiful and relaxing. Love the glass door around it.. The pool is deeper and wider than it look so both swimmer and non swimmer can enjoy ( pelampung do necessary for the kids).. The lake right at the back of the house is excellent for kayak lover.. The owner was really responsive to all inquiries... There is a lot of space around the house so we can bentang toto here and there... The toilet is clean and modern... I love the old heritage vibe around the house... We get to see lots of accessories from the past remind me of my childhood... The yard is wide and well maintained.. There is no selut at all so we can enjoy outdoor sukaneka to the fullest... I appreciate that there is a separate area for bbq so the entire house does not smell like smoke... We never get to feel bored around the house... There are so many things to do: bicycle, fishing, kayaking, swimming and badminton.

the host is very friendly, the facilities are all good and complete, the view is beautiful, it's easy to check everything out, overall it's all good btw we checked in at the end of the day , so the host has breakfast cakes and gas water, we like it and are very satisfied!!

Ks was very accomodating with regards to any questions I had and provided prompt service. The location is good with convenience stores and restaurants available on the ground floor. 5 minutes walk provides shops and eating places the locals use. Very exciting area with a McDonalds 400M away. Air Conditioning was flawless and welcome. Highly recommend, the price was very reasonable for me. Thanks Ks, Bruce Cook Canada

Thankful for the last min change of mind to book this air bnb i stead of other resort/hotel. Stayed here as husband got work @ Pantai Batu 1. we truly enjoyed the beautiful seaview , sounds of the waves and homie feeling of thisair bnb. Easy to find food, etc as almost everything is a walking distance. kids enjoyed the beach, pool, playground etc. would say would love be my choice of air bnb whenever we are in PD. host very helpful and accomodating with flexible check in and checkout . Truly happy with our stay here!

-nice place to stay for the view -walkable distance to convenience store, restaurant etc -easy to find parking in the building(testing your driving skill cause you need to turn and turn) -worth for the price
