Lovely cosy house which was clean and tidy. This was our second stay at Homestead and we will be coming back.

Wow what an amazing property, just wish I could have stayed longer. Home from home with more. Comfortable bed/s great quality including bedding and towels of luxury quality. Thoughtful touches on arrival. Local amenities, plenty of restaurants/pubs walking distance. Beautiful local reservoir walks, plenty to do and see. Spa was an amazing added bonus to enjoy your stay with full relaxation under the stars and after a long walk. Will definitely stay again and have recommended to my family and friends already. One of those weekend breaks that you don't want to end. Thanks for everything.

Angela’s place was accurately described. The place was clean, tidy and well equipment. Nice touch with the welcome hamper too! Surrounded by fields, it was nice and peaceful. Nice walks on the surrounding area. The hot tub was clean, and it done the job. Nice looking out in the fresh air. Thanks again for this. Just the ticket.

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

The house was absolutely incredible and excellent value for money. It was in stunning surroundings, the hot tub was amazing and the exclusive booking system for use of the pool was a lovely addition. The house was spotless and full of character and the private garden was also wonderful. The beds were really comfortable and there was just the right balance of charm, space and comfort. What a wonderful stay at Manor Farm. The house was beautiful, well maintained, extremely spacious and very comfortable. The surrounding countryside was stunning, with great food being served in nearby pubs and plenty of places to visit. Great space for youngsters too, with the wildlife - baby rabbits, sheep and birds and of course the swimming pool and games room, all of which they loved. Thanks to the hosts for their welcome and hospitable atmosphere.

Great value for money. Can't stress enough how friendly and reliable the staff were. We had a lovely week stay, the house was clean, the beds were comfy and the scenery was perfect. We were informed of the booking system for the swimming pool and games room, so you could have the room to yourself which was great. The pool was clean, the games room was kept tidy and the house surroundings were really lovely to walk around. You can tell the grounds were well maintained and kept in good shape as the workers never stopped, but were always so friendly. This property is perfect for bike riders, walkers and pub crawlers. You couldn't get bored.

Fabulous place - we stayed for a week - with 2 teenagers, a preteen and our dog - great field opposite to run the dog morning and evening. Plenty of beautiful walks straight from the front door. 45 minutes to nearest place to eat out. Facilities were great - lots of swimming and football played by our kids. Thanks for a great stay.

Had a lovely stay, Anna was very responsive, very friendly and helpful with clear check in instructions and information about the property. Will definitely book again when going back to Sheffield, the house felt very much like home.

Great location with easy access to the city either via walking or nearby tram stop. Plenty of space for 5 people with clean and as stated amenities.

A beautiful well maintained cottage for two. Very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Rosie popped in to introduce herself and deliver a bottle of wine, crisps and chocolate which was lovely as we only had a two night stay! We would certainly book again if we were in the area.

Myself and my friend's family stayed at Clare's place to visit Peak district. Fantastic place, loads of toys/stuffs to engage kids, extremely kids friendly, kitchen was awesome, kids enjoyed the trampoline in the garden. This place is near to all amenities. Pleasant stay with memories that will last forever. Thank you Clare for allowing us to stay!!!!!

Super stay and so convenient for the Peak District, friendly place and nice food and beer at the Norfolk Arms over the road. Very clean, and welcoming. Thoughtful things in the kitchen. I would love to stay again - it's a special building with wonderful history, and a friendly and welcoming vibe.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Salli’s place. The house itself is stunning, spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. It’s also perfectly located, with easy access to some fantastic hiking trails nearby, which we really enjoyed exploring. Salli was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful setting. Thank you, Salli, for hosting us!

Wen's place is located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with shops and cafe's a short walk away. It is also an easy bus ride away from the city centre. Wen warmly welcomed us on our arrival showing us around the spotlessly clean apartment with a supply of plush towels, and linens on the beds and healthy green pot plants dotted throughout giving it a lovely light and bright feel. It was a great addition to have the use of a washing machine and dryer while staying at Wen's place. Wen is a thoughtful host, she kept in touch before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed, she also gave us great advice about the taxis, shops etc in the area. Thank you Wen for a great stay.

Had a lovely, peaceful mid-week stay at Shirley’s place. A great bolt hole in the middle of the dales, with a short drive into the centre of Leeds. Everything was brilliant, clean, tidy and peaceful. Very easy to find and to park. Secure garden for most dogs - unfortunately my dog can jump incredibly high and was able to clear the garden wall, so that would be the only thing to note! We will be staying again as it’s very safe and located far away from the main road, so it was no problem. Thanks again Shirley!

great place, close to shops and restaurants

Lovely spot to stay just a short drive from Sheffield and the Peak District. The place was spacious and immaculate, with all the essentials in the place. Located very close to a large supermarket made it even more convenient. Parking for two cars was great for our needs. Martin was very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend!

Had a great weekend. The place met all our needs, was comfortable, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Will stop again when we are next in the area.

A Memorable Stay with Breathtaking Views! What an amazing vacation! Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb was one of the highlights of our trip to the UK. The house was cozy, clean, and full of charm – the view… simply breathtaking! Waking every morning felt like a dream. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the location made exploring the area super easy. Our host was incredibly welcoming and made everything so smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, recharge, and make memories. Highly, highly recommend – can’t wait to come back!
