Natalie's place was great and met our expectations and more. We particularly liked the large balcony and other outdoor dining area, making an already large apartment super spacious. Very well equipped in every regard. It's also a lovely 15 minute walk around the bay to Hvar Town, so well located. Very peaceful, lovely spot and wonderful views. Highly recommend.

Helena and her husband were so friendly and helpful. Great recommendations and even helped us find parking/get the bags up the stairs. Amazing balcony with fantastic views. We didn't want to leave the apartment when we first got there because the balcony views were so good. Right on the water, you get to see the mega yachts come in. Super walkable but far enough away from the busiest strip to be peaceful. Huge kitchen/dining room space.

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. ⭐️ Perfect Stay in Okrug Gornji – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Marina and Ivan’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Jelena is a kind and responsive host. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, she keeps it up so well. There were goodies waiting for us in the room, and she even offers to take you to the airport if needed. The apartment has a nice view of the beach and is only a pleasant walk to Trogir. We enjoyed every minute at Ana‘s place. She even let us stay longer than paid and organized early check-in. We had our private space and the house with its beautiful garden (bbq spot, olive trees, wooden pool sun beds etc.) was more than we could habe ask for. All in all more than recommandable! PS: Her family even made us very tasty dessert on the day of departure!

We absolutely loved staying in Ivana and Toni’s Air bnb. The town of Splitska is beautiful and the view from the balcony is stunning. The location is perfect and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend this accommodation and we are hoping to return in the future.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

This home was above and beyond expectations! The house was fab, but the uniqueness of the space outside, the view, was sensational. . The winding steps down to the water through the trees, relaxing on the waters edge was so peaceful. This is a nature lovers paradise as lots to see and hear! Petar is the perfect host living locally and always available. Just a couple of minutes walk around the bay is a great restaurant, lovely steaks, fish etc and same views. It’s close enough but out of sight! This will be the first time ever I wish to rebook a property!

Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Ana's. The amenities were perfect for our needs. Very comfortable house with nice pool and outdoor area. Great location for exploring Trogir. Local farmers were very kind and brought us fresh fruit, home baked bread , cheese , cured meat and home made wine. We felt very welcome. The noise of the airport was not too intrusive . We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Olive. I highly recommend it to everyone looking for calm, beautiful accommodation with amazing views of the sea, without any crowds, and in a lovely olive garden. We loved every moment of it.

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

was a nice place to stay. We came in the dark in the evening and we woke up to a super nice view within walking 😍 distance of a (pebble) beach where we had a nice snorkel. Otherwise, everything was neat and clean.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

Great location, only a 15 to 20 min car journey to either Split or Trogir. Lovely home right next to the water. Perfect for a quiet getaway, but easy travel to some of the more touristy areas.

Perfect stay in Dugi Rat in Mireli's apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood is very quiet with the beach, shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Mirela is a very kind and helpful host. I would definitely recommend her apartment.

Tomislav was an amazing host who kindly allowed us to check in early as our flight arrived sooner than expected. He was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. He and his wife shared a wealth of recommendations for things to do, which was incredibly helpful as it was our first time in Croatia. They were always quick to respond to any questions and consistently offered their help. The property is beautiful and located in a lovely town just outside the center of Split. It’s ideally situated, with Split only about 20 minutes away and Trogir around 15 minutes, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore different areas. What made our stay truly unforgettable was how they helped me arrange and surprise my partner with a birthday cake. Their thoughtfulness made the celebration really special, and I am so grateful for their kindness. I would highly recommend staying here over a hotel to enjoy a more authentic experience of Split and the surrounding areas. You will not regret it.

First of all, Ivan is the most incredible host I’ve ever met. He picked us up from the ferry just after midnight and helped us with a few things throughout the week. He’s kind, generous and very understanding. The flat is amazing, especially the Seaview with the mountains in the background- spectacular! The nearby beach is stunning. A special man who has an apartment in a special place!

Stop thinking about booking this place and just do it! Right next to Punta Rata and with a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. Could not be a better place and Ivica and his wife were wonderful. Absolutely loved our stay!
