Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Die Lage ist außerordentlich ruhig, eingebettet in herrliche Natur und dennoch sehr zentral. Man erreicht mit dem Auto oder Bus/Bahn in max. 5 min. die Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächst gelegene Bahn liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Wasen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheim city. IT DOESN'T GET ANY MORE CENTRAL: Everything you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes' walk. The CongressCentrum and the theater are also just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
