Our experience at Villa IHOR was very pleasant. The location is ideal, as it is located in a quiet place between the sea and Olympus offering the perfect balance between relaxation and access to various activities. In the surrounding area there are many options for entertainment such as beaches, restaurants, shops and hiking trails. The house is equipped with all amenities. The rooms are spacious, decorated with taste and care, while the common areas, such as the kitchen and living room, are fully equipped . The outdoor area is just as impressive, with a manicured garden , a fish pond, and a pool that offer moments of absolute relaxation. As well as an equipped children's play area ideal for children Thanos' hospitality made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable since he answered every question immediately and gave us many suggestions for the area. Overall, the villa offers a stay experience.

The cozy house is just what you need for a relaxing vacation. Amazing location with sea view and walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. All necessities are available in the house, incl. a much appreciated expresso machine and even a welcome package.

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

Nice villa, had everything we needed. The views are amazing and the yard is awesome! You can't really walk to the city, but it's 3 minutes away by car.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

Lovely, quiet place in Thessaloniki, in the middle of the web of nice alleys in the upper city. Restaurants, supermarket, and historical highlights within walking distance. Dimitris and his mother are super nice and helpful hosts! In short, a perfect place, also for a longer stay!

We spent our Easter holidays with our kids and extended family from Greece and Germany — and everyone absolutely loved it! The location is exceptional, close to Litochoro and Plaka, with stunning views of Mount Olympus and the sea. It’s the perfect place for a large group or big family. The kids had a great time playing in the garden, enjoying the small private playground, and exploring the natural surroundings. We made good use of the kitchen and the outdoor barbecue area to cook and enjoy meals together — everything we needed was right there. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’re already planning to come back!

The place was exactly as pictured. The flexible self check-in was also very easy to implement. In the accommodation itself, nothing was missing, everything that was mentioned in the description was also found there. Overall, I highly recommend it, because I would book it again if I had the chance. :-)

We had a great stay. It's a very cozy house within reach of some great beaches. The house was clean, the host was very friendly and accommodating, and gave us great recommendations about local restaurants and things to do. Hope to visit again!

I stayed here for just 3 days, Petros was a very helpful and responsive host. His place was immaculately clean and I found the bed very comfortable. the nearest town is a good 20-30 minutes walk or probably just 5 mins in a car. Thank you for hosting Mr Pedro's!

Excellent parking, excellent yard, excellent location. The hosts are great, family-like people, the accommodation is clean and tidy. If I have to find a small complaint, the bed is not the most comfortable and it's not exactly baechfront, you need to climb a street hill to get to the accommodation... It's a little rough with a small child, but it's a good physical exercise ☝️🙂 All in all, very satisfied, highly recommended!

Our stay at Stavros place was as if we were visiting family. He and his mother are very friendly, open hearted people. The house has everything you need and even more. It is situated in a peaceful complex of 2 floor houses with a yard and green surroundings. Our little one enjoyed playing in the yard. In this complex there is a playground, tennis and basket ball courts. There are several beach bars in a very close distance. Kalikratia is 10 mins drive from the house of Stavros. Nea Flogita and Plagia 20 minutes drive. We had an amazing stay which we highly recommend and we will certainly visit again.

Excellent accommodation choice. Clean, easily accessible space. It had everything we needed, which was also in the listed amenities. Comfort for sleeping, fully equipped kitchen, beautifully and tastefully decorated space. With Katerina, we had excellent communication for whatever we needed. What a gem of a place - perfect for what we needed, somewhere peaceful right by the beach with our own private pool. My four-year-old daughter absolutely loved this place and so did we, everything was clean tidy and the beds were comfortable. There’s a lovely little Greek restaurant just around the corner we ate there three times during our stay . Hopefully we can come to visit again soon and thank you for being such a great host.

We stayed at Eleni’s place for 4 days. Eleni was a wonderful host, she welcomed us to the place and was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The place is right by the sea, private and very relaxing.
