The house is in a very peaceful area near the beach and there are lots of interesting walks nearby. Also in the vicinity there are many presitgious restaurants, bars, swimming pools, jacuzzis and thalassotherapy centres. There are also many facilities for water sports. San Sebastian, a very beautiful and interesting city, is only a few kilometres away by bus or train.
