NAUTICO FLAT, We make it clear that we do not have our own leisure area, WE USE THE NAUTICO CLUB, which is 50 meters away and will be charged R$10.00/day per person, at the flat reception. water park hours: Low season: Monday and Wednesday closed, holidays open, Opening hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is a fee per stay, a single fee not per person/day, in the amount of R$40.00 that must be paid at the time of check-in (PIX/MONEY). We do not provide bed linen, bath towels or breakfast.

With an excellent internal infrastructure, the apartment has 3 pools (adult and children, one heated) parking, playground, bar service, restaurant and snack bar. Sailing lovers are allowed to bring their boat and use the boat guard service as there is a lake access ramp! In addition to the water park, guests will have access to the soccer field, barbecue and the quiet and wooded forest to enjoy the view of Lake Corumbá.
