Cozy cottage with seaside location

Cozy and modern cottage with a location close to the sea. The cottage is very fresh, built in 2021. It is 30 sqm consisting of bedroom, bathroom and combined living room and kitchen. There is a double bed, 160 cm, and a sofa bed just right for two people, 160 cm. With us, the beds are always made when you arrive. Dining table with four chairs. The cottage is secluded on the hosts' property. Private patio. Swimming area and fishing opportunities about 300 meters away. Perfect for those looking for accommodation outside the city center in a quiet & relaxing environment.

The garden house, both sea-close, modern and charming. Perfect both for families and the work trip. Only 90 meters from the beach and the jetty and close to the playground. Terrace with barbecue, and sun most of the day, as well as a lawn for play and relaxing. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included for a smooth stay. 15 minutes by car to Karlskrona, or take the archipelago boat from nearby Nättraby. Enjoy the tranquility in a cozy surroundings, just a stone's throw from the sea and with proximity to the archipelago's gems.

This unique home has its very own style. The house is brand new (2023) in an exclusive Scandinavian design style. Full of original and high end details! Very close (300 m) to child friendly nice swimming beach. Two spacious bedrooms with two beds in each. Large living room with open plan. Well-equipped kitchen. Good transport from central Karlskrona to Nättraby which is 2 km from the house. In Nättraby there are grocery stores, health center and service. Close to the archipelago traffic pier (800 meters).

It has a spacious loft with two beds, a bedroom with a family bed and a working area and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a fire pit, a grill and a dining table to enjoy views of both fields (with deers) and forest. The sea is reachable by a short walk (5 min), where you can find a beach with a jetty.

Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”
