Der Garten ist mit mehreren Sitz- und Essgelegenheiten ausgestattet. Die Ski/Fahrräder können in der Skigarage abgestellt werden. Für die Skischuhe steht eine beheizte Garderobe zur Verfügung.

Das 3 km entfernte Konzell gehört zur Ferienregion St. Englmar, aber auch der Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald oder die Städte Straubing, Regensburg, Passau sind nicht weit.
