We just returned after a fantastic week in Fredrik's house on Storholmen, Stockholm. It is a real home with a wonderfully welcoming and personal atmosphere. Lots of books and games and maps and nice places to sit in the sun or shade playing board games and read - both inside and outside. We swam and rowed in Fredrik's boats and ran round the island clockwise and anti-clockwise. A truly memorable and special place. My warmest recommendations!! Claus DK

Jenny's house in Lidingö was truly wonderful! The home is warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated, reflecting the genuine charm of a family living there. The stunning views made our stay unforgettable, and waking up every morning to such a peaceful setting felt incredibly special. Jenny was thoughtful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We appreciated all the personal touches and warmth throughout the house—it truly felt like staying with friends. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Stockholm.

We felt welcome and at home in Spersbodahusen, nice days with hot baths, excursions, reading and game nights. Dark and rough in December but cozy with crackling fire in the evenings. The water in the tap is checked and quite ok but does not taste like in town, so a tip is to bring bottled water to drink if you are a little picky. Hans was very helpful, questions were answered quickly and kindly with great tips. We went to atmospheric Wira Bruk and had homemade food. We would be glad to come back!

Cozy house that was nicely cleaned. Comfortable beds. A little cold inside now during the winter so would recommend an extra warm sweater and thick socks. Tereza was very easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions.

Can only echo everything people have already. Great attentive host, really cool cabin, with everything you need on site and more. Anyone looking to get away from it all for a few days should look no further. I can promise, you won’t be disappointed.

It is a very nice house with a vintage style, full of collectible details (decoration, accessories, etc.) and many rooms, each with a lot of personality. The environment is very nice and quiet, next to the forest. A deer even appeared and sat in the beautiful backyard garden. Its location is perfect if you also want to get to know the surroundings of Stockholm as it is 15 minutes by car or public transport, which is very close to the house (metro and train).

Incredibly nice house, and perfect for larger groups! The spa area, jacuzzi and pool were the icing on the cake!

Beautiful house with good size for family trip. There's an electric vehicle charging facility too, which definitely is convenient if you are driving one. The location is not really central, so it's probably not the easiest to get around without a car. But you do get peaceful and safe surrounding. The drawback is that there's no empty wardrobe for visitors to put our stuffs (all the cabins in the house are filled with the items that belong to the owner), which could be quite problematic if you are staying longer. Olov was very responsive in the communication throughout the stay.

Frida was fantastic both before and throughout our stay. Responded quickly and was always flexible with our requests. The house was beautifully located and had everything you wanted for a girls' weekend. Would love to come back here another time.

This was by far the best Airbnb I stayed! I was at Angelica and Olof’s place for 3 months and the hosts were amazing the whole time (even got me some lovely Easter chocolates :D) The place was recently renovated and you can see how much love they put into the details. There's an big open area by the pool that basically becomes your private front yard - the hosts were very much focus on giving guest their private - which was awesome for my dog. The location is walking distance from a bus stop and Rissne subway station, and the neighbourhood is super calm and with lots of great walks around small/medium parks. Or if you want to walk a little more you can reach great forests and larger parks. And of course: a sauna INSIDE your house is the cherry on top. I cannot recommend it enough!

A peaceful and beautiful place - we stayed for five nights and used the sauna and hot tub on a daily basis. The Baltic sea is only a few minute's walk away. Since the sauna is in a separate house, you have lots of space in the actual accommodation. Stockholm is less than an hour away - we used our rental car to get from the premises to our POIs. The hosts are super responsive and helpful. We recommend this place and would come back 👌🏼

What a beautiful place to stay at. The house, the cabins, the sauna… everything was very well built and decorated in an exquisite, minimalistic Nordic way. To top it off, the surroundings, comprised by green pines and a small peaceful lake, were simply breathtaking. Again, the space was elegant and private, perfect for a group or a family that wants to have a very special time together. We surely did. And Liis, the landlord, was the perfect counterpart for this. Thanks a lot for opening the doors of your house, for your flexibility and for the smooth dialogue all throughout.

The accommodation matches the descriptions and photos. it is close to transportation to Stockholm, bus, metro or train. A lidl is next door if needed. Thanks to Berit and her husband, responsive when we needed them

Your local is quiet and peaceful but within minutes there’s quick access to great restaurants and shopping when needed. I always appreciate your thoughtfulness and speedy responses to any questions. We can definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay. It looks exactly like the pictures and it is cosy and clean. It is also really easy get to from the airport as it is just two minutes walk from Tekniska Hogskolan station. The apartment is very well located in a picturesque part of the city and is easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars and bakeries. We had a lovely time exploring the city on foot or by electric scooters! AnaMaria and Katarina were brilliant hosts. They were very welcoming and friendly and even when they couldn’t be there to welcome us in person after our flight was delayed for a few hours, AnaMaria sent us detailed instructions about how to get to the apartment and let ourselves in. They provided a link to a local guide for places to visit and were generally very responsive to any questions we had throughout the visit.

Mathias place was great and even better than on the pictures. Mathias was also very helpful and responded quickly. I can highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates a beautiful and peaceful place. We will definately be back again. Thank you Mathias.

What a lovely house! We felt very comfortable and are happy to have found this gem for our Stockholm stay. It is not far to the nearest subway station or tram station, but you are totally in the countryside. In the evening, we saw deer, foxes and hares from the terrace. The place is as beautiful as Thomas described it, it is extremely clean, a beautiful house. Thank you Thomas for the wonderful stay and for providing us with your Bijou.
