Vacation rentals with breakfast in Narragansett

This is the second time we have stayed at Diane’s place and we absolutely love the home. It’s a quaint little home and suitable for our family of 5. The home was spotless and we had plenty of towels and fresh linens. Shopping & dining are all close by and the city of Providence and Boston are also great options and within driving distance. Diane is an exceptional hostess and I would recommend her home to anyone looking for a place to stay in RI

We loved our stay at Ellen and Jennifer’s house. It was perfect for a weekend trip with friends and our two young children to relax and have fun. The hosts were very quick to respond and gave clear instructions for everything. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We wanted a unique stay not too far from home for a brief break in our lackluster winter routine. Ken's farm certainly filled the bill. The best description we can come up with for the house is that it is part antique store, part natural history museum, part collectibles emporium, part library, and part very cozy home! We have never stayed in such an interesting, spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked Airbnb before. Ken is a very personable host who gave us a tour of the home he obviously loves after first having helped us lug our belongings from the truck. He answered questions promptly, kept the walkways clear of snow and ice, gave us fresh eggs from his chickens for breakfast, and had started a welcoming fire in one of the two fireplaces just prior to our arrival. If you are looking for a quiet country setting with a few pleasant surprises, Kenneth's farm is the place to be!

Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

Super comfortable, great back yard. Guests were welcome to visit while we were there. Jane met all our needs and more. We couldn't have asked for a better place. We will definitely rent from Jane again. Beautiful country with lots to see and do.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful and very clean. It was the perfect house to just relax in if we didn’t feel like going out. I will definitely be back!

This sweet apartment was the most peaceful paradise for my weekend away! Tara was friendly and kind and I felt very welcome during my stay. I wish i had made more of an effort to enjoy the amazing back yard space! Everything was perfect from the necessary amenities to the super comfortable bed that I didn't want to crawl out of. Beautiful spot and it made it so hard to leave. I will definitely choose Tara's place when I travel to the area in the future!

Our return to Matt’s place was as always restorative, and his minimal decor and great selection of readings conducive to peace. The setting is tranquil, the shower superb, and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever found in an Airbnb. Matt is a great host, and we’re already looking forward to a return to his sweet space. I stayed with friends for the September Brimfield Antiques Faire and had an incredible time. If you’re coming for the show, this place is a great option—the drive to Brimfield is about 30 minutes, but very easy and straightforward, and the Threadbare clothing and textiles show is only a few minutes’ drive down the main road. Monica was a great host and responded to our messages very quickly, bringing us things we requested and giving helpful instructions as needed. She keeps the place stocked with books, cassettes, games, etc. You can tell she put thought and care into making a great space for entertaining. The barn was bigger and nicer than expected based on the great price, and though the “bedrooms” were all connected, we each felt we had our own space and were able to decompress and sleep easily. The kitchen was stocked with most of what we needed to make our meals at home, and we had more than enough towels and bedding for all of us. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 2 nights toward the end of Summer. It was about 1/2 hour outside of Newport, which we knew. We spent most of our time in and around Newport. If you don’t mind the back and forth, it’s perfect to sneak away from the crowds. Suzanne and Dan were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 people and stocked with what you would need, if you want to cook or not. It was very clean and uncluttered with no knickknacks around. Due to time constraints we didn’t get to enjoy the yard, but could see it was very pretty and well maintained. We would recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

He gave great locations of things around. It was close to all the places we were visiting.

This was a great, family-friendly stay and the perfect airbnb for our little family to spend a few days exploring the local area. The space is quite large and the playground in the back was a huge bonus for our toddler! The house was also immaculately clean. It’s in a perfect location to easily get to a bunch of surrounding landmarks and beaches. Michael was super friendly, very welcoming and proactively communicated about things to know for our upcoming stay. Couldn’t ask for anything more! We will be back!

Joanne’s place is an amazing, convenient location. The place is short drive to the casino and old mystic. The place is clean and comfortable. I highly suggest it for anyone to stay there . We loved the place and will definitely stay there in the near future.

Couldn’t have better things to say about this place and Pat! The location is PERFECT…walking distance to shops/restaurants on Thames and Bowens Wharf. It was my boyfriend and my first time in a bed and breakfast and it was fabulous - breakfast was perfect, and we even had the option to take it to go if we wanted. Pat made us feel at home, gave great suggestions and the blue suite was surprisingly large! Would stay again when back in Newport!

if i could give 100 stars i would! my friend and I came for a peaceful retreat but we left with so much encouragement and new friends. Tom was ready with local recommendations and was accommodating to our needs! Kate was such a joy and the pinnacle hospitality. these are people we want in our lives forever! when we are back in the area they will be our first call!!

We really enjoyed everything about our two night stay. From early checkin to very reasonable 12 check out, everything went smoothly. Additional bedding was supplied for a friend and overall the room was very large with a great big bathroom in the corner. Highly recommend.

First time in Newport, we spent two nights and it was amazing with all the tips and recommendations Walter gave us, makes things easier about planning our day The place has all you need to prepare before visiting any place, quiet neighborhood ideal for a good rest, and very walkable everything is so close and a lot of history to enjoy in every corner.
