Fast internet, security system, keyless entry, chrome-cast, stereo, games, backyard. No carpet, hypoallergenic. If more that 6 people are staying up to a maximum of 10. We will include the granny flat for an addition fee. Please let me know if the this is required beforehand as we need to have it included in the cleaning process for the booking.

The bathroom is separate from the room as can be seen in photo 5. Located outside Camden with a 15 min walk into the town, 50 minutes from Sydney and 10 mins from the Hume Highway. The proximity to Camden makes it very convenient. (1.2 km) You can walk back from a night out.

Extra note: some guests have mentioned swimming in the George's River but this is not always advisable due to water quality . Also while there is an electric BBQ it is not always possible to light the open fire because of legal restrictions.

I stayed here with my partner for our anniversary and Ellen made sure that our stay was very special. She was even able to complete our extra request. The cottage was very clean and very well spaced out, however dining was a bit difficult as there wasn’t a coffee table or dining table due to the space and the shower hot water didn’t last very long. The hot tub was amazing and very easy to use and heated up very fast. The bbq was very easy to use and worked amazingly. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely recommend staying here. Perfect accomadation comfortable, easy to warm , breakfast supplies on arrival were really appreciated. lounge / diner/ kitchen cosy and comfortable, with a laundry / shower in fact everything needed for a home away from home. Michelle and Stephen were great hosts. Wewill definitely be rebooking on our next visit.
