В новой квартире все чисто, удобно и есть полный набор всего необходимого для комфортного проживания. За всем этим следит приятная в общении Вусаля, которая быстро реагирует на пожелания. До метро 10 минут пешком. До центра ещё 15 минут на метро. Магазины рядом. Смело рекомендуем путешественникам .

Exceptional Host! I had an amazing stay at Jafar’s beautiful apartment! From the moment I booked, the communication was seamless and Jafar went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The space was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated. The check-in process was effortless, and Jafar provided clear instructions and helpful tips for getting around. Ev çox təmiz və səliqəli idi. Lazım olacaq hər şey evdə mövcud idi, heç bir çatışmazlıq hiss etmədik. Ev sahibi də çox köməklik göstərdi, bütün suallarımıza vaxtında və aydın cavab verdi. Qalmağımız çox rahat və xoş keçdi. Təşəkkür edirik!

The home is absolutely beautiful! Its even prettier in person. The view from the balcony is so amazing. You can see the sea & flame towers 😍 the host is so kind, responsive & helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Beautiful apartment with high ceilings in a convenient location where we could walk to everything we needed. Had a good time and would stay again.

Neat, clean,well lit apartment in a central location.Gulnara is an extremely responsive host and helped us with the transport arrangement too.We stayed in her apartment for a week.The apartment complex has a hypermarket too which was a great help.The apartment was spotlessly clean with all the amenities.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Gulnaras place.

We stayed here for 3 nights. This place just feels like a cozy home and is exactly like shown in pictures. Jamila is very friendly, helpful and responsive. Jamila is a great host and she made sure we had a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay in this apartment. The sea view is beautiful, the location is perfect, and everything was very clean with stylish, new furniture. I loved the parking spot right at the entrance. Big thanks to Dr. Nigar for her elegant taste and warm hospitality — this place feels like home every time I come to Baku.

Elchin Bey çok ilgiliydi. Sehayatimiz öncesinde de tüm sorularımızı yanıtladı. Seyahat sırasında annesi o kadar yardımcı oldu ki kendisine buradan da teşekkür ederiz. İnanılmaz misafirperverdi. Evin konumu inanılmaz merkezi. İstediğiniz saatte dışarı çıkıp yürüyüp gelebilirsiniz. 4 günlük gezimiz boyunca her yere yürüyerek gidebildik. Giriş çıkış saatlerinde de bize tüm imkanlarını sunan Elchin Bey’e çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

Great place . Sabri is very friendly and responsive. He went off the way to arrange an early check in for us. He was with us like a family member throughout the stay.

В ней приятно находиться, всё продумано до мелочей. Хозяевам можно полностью доверять — они быстро откликались и помогали с любыми вопросами, шли нам навстречу и сделали всё, чтобы наше пребывание прошло комфортно. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство!

I stayed in this apartment for 18 days. The apartment was clean and has everything for staying. Location is great, close to everything - old city, Fountain Square, museums, restaurants, etc. The host is a responsive young man, responded to any request quickly. I recommend this apartment for long or short stay.

I stayed at Jamal's place during the UNFCCC COP29 period. All the hotels were at exorbitant prices and then I found Jamal's place. It is centrally located and walkable to busses and metro. It was a perfect stay. He has kept a loads of linen for my two week stay. It's a nice neighbourhood with a convenient store on the ground floor. Moreover, his communications were so effective and fast. He ensured that I reach the place without any hassle. Everything was ready for me to check in. The kitchen and the bathroom is with all the required amenities. Check-in times were so flexible. It is highly recommended place if you visit Baku. You can read to any location easily from here. Security of the place is very high too. Keep up the good work Jamal and I am sure the visitors will love your hospitality and the place.

We stayed four nights at Mr. Aziz's apartment. It’s a huge apartment with 3 double beds and 2 single beds, including a sofa bed in the sitting lounge, which is a huge space. He was so responsive to any question on messages and felt at home. They have security guards outside who are very friendly. We enjoyed staying at this place and visited so many places around Baku. 100% recommended.

The apartment is within walking distance to the Port Baku Mall, Crescent City Mall, numerous other boutique retailers, Old City, and great restaurants. We definitely would recommend Nailla's location to other travelers to Baku.
