Short and pleasant stay in winter in the studio. Bright and quiet functional accommodation a stone's throw from shopping streets. Fanny was very responsive when we spoke.

Nassima is a wonderful person, very communicative with a warm welcome. She was available and attentive even before we left our country of origin and she followed our trip closely to guide and advise us on logistics and she was there to answer any questions and requests we had. Amazing location with endless views of water and nature. Denys was incredibly helpful and timely in his communications and he carried a translator which was super helpful with our basic French. The outdoor space had a variety of setups for wind and sun. We could walk or the door for exercise and enjoying spring nature. The vegetable basket from his local garden was so appreciated! The proximity to the beaches to walk around (no swimming in April...) was perfect! The cottage is well decorated and pleasant to live in, everything you need in simplicity and comfort for a week-long stay. Philippe, who already has very good feedback from other vacationers, is always reachable and sends us all the necessary instructions before, during and at the departure of the stay, it avoids many questions. If we come back to Cap d 'Agde, we look first at this rental!

The best, the large sunny terrace sheltered from the wind that enjoys a superb sea, beach and mountain views. In addition, the location is ideal close to shops, restaurants, beach. We had a great stay! The accommodation is in a great location, close to all services (port, restaurants, beaches, funfair, supermarket, etc.) we are a couple with 2 small children and highly recommend this apartment. We did not meet Albert in person, however he was very responsive to all of our requests.

Very nice apartment, comfortable, well-equipped and located. Alain is a very nice host. The only downside, which is not the fault of the host but was the only negative point of the stay, is the strong sewage odor present in the bathroom. Apparently due to a tidal phenomenon this weekend.
