I've never stayed in such a nice homestay, I really, really, really like it.

Great stay in Osaka! The place was super clean and had everything we needed—kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff, all set. Really close to Shin-Osaka Station too, which made getting around super easy. The only downside was that there was just one bathroom, so it can be a bit of a wait if you're with a group. But overall, really comfy and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

A great place a bit out the way, I would definitely stay again .I would recommend to rent a car or a bicycle to get back at night. the local Transit shuts down 8ish. but a very nice place. just look for all the boats.

The home is very special and unique. We are a family of two adults, a 16yo and 8yo. We all loved the home traditional aspects of the home with modern appliances. Even though the home is nestled into a neighborhood, it is a short walk to the gorgeous river, a huge grocery store and a little further are bus stops and train stations. The bikes were such a gift and we enjoyed using them. Although we didn't use them, it was thoughtful to have rain jackets and umbrellas available. Hiroe met us promptly even after a time change with little notice. She was efficient and thorough in her directions. We felt grateful to stay in such a lovely and comfortable home.

This was by far our favorite place we have EVER stayed. The home was beautiful and had so many details that made it special. Christian was a phenomenal host with great recommendations. The kaiseki meal he recommended was our favorite dinner in japan, because of him we tried things we would not have been able to experience otherwise. Book this place. You will never want to leave. There is a train station close that makes it easy to get to kyoto center and travel to other towns.

We had a lovely stay at this authentic and beautifully maintained Airbnb in Kyoto. It was perfect for two couples, with clean, separate bedrooms and all amenities thoughtfully provided. The traditional design added to the charm, and the washing machine was a helpful bonus. The only small downside was that the kitchen and dining area on the lower level were a bit dark, but overall, it was a comfortable and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended!

This stay was perfect, especially for families or groups of people!The room is spacious and plenty, and every detail can feel the thoughtfulness of the family to get around.The location is even more of a highlight, and the metro station is just a few minutes walk away, making it easy to get to major attractions or discovering the corners of the city.Downstairs is the lively commercial street, which gathers many local specialties, the convenience of life far exceeds Shinsaibashi, and you can feel the local fireworks.The most satisfying is the service of the host, the response was timely and patient, and the communication was smooth and reassuring from check-in to the departure.All in all, this accommodation exceeded expectations. I love it. I definitely prefer this place next time!

Great area and close to a train connection. Convince shops were also very close and quick to reach. The accommodation is great for large families or groups. We were very pleased with our selection.

What's a nice place to stay!

We stayed at this Kyoto house for an extended period and really enjoyed it. The location was great—just a short walk to Omiya Station and a 7-Eleven only 2 minutes away. The host was very kind and friendly. When we accidentally broke a plate and offered to pay, he cared about our safety first and didn’t ask for compensation. The house is traditional, so sounds from footsteps and stairs can be heard. There’s only one bathroom and toilet. The washing machine has no dryer, so we used a coin laundry 5 minutes away, but the host provided detergent, which was thoughtful. There are two rooms—one for 3 people upstairs, and a smaller room for 2 downstairs, which was a bit cold. Two of us chose to sleep in the living room with the heater and TV. As we stayed long-term, the host kindly asked us to help clean, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a warm and pleasant stay!

It is surrounded by many houses and a quiet environment, close to the station, and we had a calm stay. Other than the description, I felt that the bath towels were fluffy and the hair dryer had a salonia air volume, which was thoughtful and thoughtful.

All good, no complaints!
