Villa vacation rentals in Naples

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

Great location and a hidden little gem in this area, the pool was a lovely extra aswell on hot days. would love to come back again. would highly recommend

The experience exceeded expectations the moment we got there. Never have I experienced being greeted by the owners of Airbnb. It didn’t stop with the greeting, the family was always available when needed and more than willing to help with anything and everything. The place is far up the mountain but so worth it if you’re trying to just get away. If you don’t mind about 45 minute drive away from all the tourist, this is a spot for you. BE SURE TO RENT A CAR if you plan to visit other parts of city. I have no complaints for this place, I would definitely come back. This owners if they place are awesome!!!!

Great location on Minori!

A great stay at this welcoming and very well maintained villa. The setting is beautiful, with views of the Bay of Pouzzoles, mandarin and lemon trees. Quiet and far from the tumult of Naples, about twenty minutes' walk from a train station that serves Naples quickly via very clean and inexpensive trains. Pouzzoles also has the advantage of having very good restaurants (Diego Vitagliano, Terronnia...) and serving the islands of Ischia and Procida very easily via Ferry. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating on departure and arrival times. It makes you want to come back, thanks again!

Rosita communicates very well in English. The place is fantastic, quiet and the swimming pool is delicious. Easy, free parking and 1/2 hour away from Napoli. A perfect retreat for those who want to visit busy, loud Napoli but want to return to peace and nature for sleep and rest or just relaxing in/next to the magnificent swimming pool. A+. I am going back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was lovely and the back garden private and fairly quiet. Lots of local restaurants and wineries but of course you are also close to Vesuvius, Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorrento coast, etc. The place was clean and tidy, and had air conditioning as well as bug killer (plug in). It was secure. Angela was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The only thing we found a little frustrating at times was the WiFi signal was poor in the main bedroom (cutting out frequently) and didn't cover the garden area.

Our Stay in Alfonso's Villa in Moiano was absolutely fabulous. The Villa was fantastic with a great pool and stunning views. Moiano is a little village up in the mountains away from all the hustle...so peaceful and the people are very friendly. Alfonso was a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond, he checked in with us everyday. I would highly recommend this Villa and Moiano and would love to come back...10 out of 10 for everything, we loved our stay ❤️

Gorgeous house, charming town, beautiful views! We absolutely loved our stay here. Simone was a gracious host. Her niece met us when we got there and showed us everything. We spent a lot of time on the outside patio, enjoying the views. We appreciated the A/C in the bedrooms! The kitchen and house were both well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. We had some of our favorite meals in Vico Equense, based on Simone's recommendations. The bakery at the top of the steps was amazing! Such a lovely town, we don't speak much Italian and everyone was so patient and kind. What a great way to end our vacation!

The apartment is in a large old mansion, with a garden with all kinds of different trees and shrubs. The car can be parked on the property, and that is very pleasant because finding a parking space in Ercolano will not be easy. The train station is a few minutes' walk away. The excavations are a little further away, but certainly also within walking distance. From the station, you can take a bus to Vesuvius (Vesuvio Express). The apartment has everything you need. In short, very satisfied.

If you are checking reviews to help you decide whether or not to book this property.....stop now and immediately book it! The only thing you will regret is if you wait too long to decide and someone else books it. This property, the hosts and the town were some of the best parts of our entire 2 week trip through Italy. Communication with the hosts was perfect and they were so helpful getting our bags up the hill when we arrived and getting our bags back down the hill when we checked out. We were even surprised by the hosts with delicious lemon treats a few of the evenings we were there. The town felt a little more slow paced and "local" than some of the other bigger towns along the Amalfi coast which we loved. Even though it was a smaller town it had great food, atmosphere and easy transportation options to reach all of the Amalfi coast. If we ever make it back to this region I pray this property will be available.

Gennaro’s place was perfect for our trip. It is a great location with reference to the amalfi coast, sorrento and Naples. The views from the balconies are breathtaking and the indoor space is very clean and beautiful. Gennaro was extremely friendly and helpful, made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!

Gianluca is the best Air BnB host I have ever met. My family felt right at home. He thought if every little details to make our stay comfortable. 100% recommend and will definitely check his property for future travels.

Anna’s place is a fairly easy walk to Minori. Minori is not crowded and very peaceful. From Minori we were able to easily ferry or bus along the coast. Mario came to greet us in Minori and transport us to the Airbnb with our luggage. Mario walked us through the house and property and gave us advice on travels and restaurants. He was great. The space had a dock on the water. I wish we had more time to spend at the house to enjoy the outside offerings. Also do not miss seeing the town of Ravello. Even though this property has a Ravello address you actually need to find transportation to the town which is higher up in the mountain. Stunning views! Beautiful place.

We met Elvira at the gate, she was extremely accommodating and friendly. I don't know if its was the location or the timing but this place was amazing. Overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Mt Vesuvius. Got to enjoy a food festival with delicious foods a few blocks away and the Feast Day of St. Anthony of Padua which displayed fireworks right at our balcony. It is a perfect spacious Italian vacation home with everything you need. It does not have a coffee maker but does have a Moka Pot, and now I know, that is way better!! The roads and garage are tight but anyone who drives in Italy knows this and chooses the smallest vehicle possible. What an incredible experience!! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!!

We had such a wonderful time at Stefano’s place - it was simply beautiful there! The orange and lemon trees really added to the lovely atmosphere. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and we loved how both the showers and water pressure were perfect. Stefano gave us the best restaurant recommendations and brought us fantastic croissants for breakfast every morning. We will definitely come back to his place in a few years to spend more time at the Pompeii archaeological park. You can easily walk to everything from the villa, and even climb the bell tower in town for amazing views of the entire area. I highly recommend staying here if you want to have the best experience in Pompeii. Many thanks Stefano!!

Positano Paradise! 🤩 Laura's Villa exceeded expectations! Stunning interiors, breathtaking views from the immense terrace 🌊🏙️. Exceptional hosts Laura and Luca were - responsive, helpful & provided insider tips on restaurants, beaches & local activities. Homemade dinner on the patio was a highlight with Luca and his wife🌟. Meatballs & local fish dishes were divine! 🍴 10/10 would stay again. Highly recommend for unparalleled beauty & hospitality ❤️. Perfect base for Italian getaway. We can’t say enough good things about our stay in Massa Lubrense and the amazing hospitality from Antonio. He helped us with everything we needed — even gave us a ride to Sorrento one day, saving us about €85 verses taking a taxi. The villa is exactly as pictured. There’s a small shop next door with snacks and drinks, and a larger market just a 5-minute walk away with groceries, toiletries, beach gear, and more. Everyone in the area is so friendly. Antonio knows many of the local restaurant owners, which made getting reservations easy — we were welcomed like friends everywhere we went. Several nearby restaurants even offer free pickup and drop-off, mostly for dinner but sometimes lunch too. We did pay a lot for taxi rides but really no way to avoid it due to the house being towards the top of the mountain. If you’re considering this place, stop thinking and just book it — you won’t regret it!

Exceptional views, a beautiful place to holiday. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for x4 nights. Their were x4 adults - and we loved exploring around the area and getting the step count (and steps!) up to justify the delicious food and drinks. Loved the location - fantastic views. Praiano is a great place to get away from the crowds - but you can easily get bus/water taxi/taxi's to go and visit the more popular tourist destinations. Accommodation was clean and spacious. Alessandro was really helpful with suggestions of places to eat nearby, and helped us organise a fantastic boat trip around the Amalfi coast.

Where do I begin? This was our best experience to date! Claudia’s love for this property shines through, and the thoughtful care and attention to every generous detail made our experience so memorable! From her beautiful, well appointed home to the stunning views and outdoor spaces - we soaked up all the gems she made available to us. Her hospitality was above and beyond, with a fully stocked pantry of delicious food to checking in on us each day, she gave us so much information to make sure we were set! To top it off, we were able to work with her personal and extremely attentive concierge, Aniello, who helped us plan our trip. It didn’t stop there, Claudia’s relationship with a local restaurant gave us access to a free shuttle and Aniello was responsive to every need. We had full access to her amazing hotel as well. This home is higher in the hills, but you can easily walk behind the house (it’s a bit of a down hill walk to a path) and in a few minutes you hit the cute town.

We absolutely loved staying at Vittorio’s villa! Vittorio and his wife were amazing and met us at the place to help with our luggage and show us around. The views were stunning and the place was very comfortable! We will definitely come back again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Marilisa! JJ met us and helped with our bags which was greatly appreciated. Annalisa welcomed us at their beautiful villa. The villa is very spacious and the outdoor space was gorgeous and so peaceful. And the views are amazing. JJ was very helpful in arranging transportation, and booked a wonderful boat tour for us too. The steps to restaurants are plentiful - we found them rewarding and justified eating extra knowing we would get our steps in : ) Would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful villa, wonderful hosts, and wonderful views : )

A very beautiful place perfect for our family of 4 with two adult daughters. The location was great when traveling by ferry, as it is at the base of Positano just above the beach. It made traveling to Capri, for a day trip, very easy to access the ferry. The highlight was definitely the patio! Not sure how many other rentals have a large patio like this one! We loved having our morning coffee with the beautiful views, and 3 out of the 4 nights we went to the small grocery store (The Wine Shop, a 2 minute walk - with everything you need, and a wonderful staff!) and bought fresh produce, meats and cheese and had dinners on the patio, using the beautiful ceramic dishes! We ran out of coffee pods and the hosts hand delivered them to our door! This airbnb was a splurge (everything is expensive in Positano) during our travels in Italy, but worth it!
