Ashton’s house a very comfortable and extremely clean home. It is spacious, allowed tremendous privacy and met our needs perfectly for an amazing family vacation. Everything was just as explained with no surprises. Great stay and a very accommodating host.

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s Airbnb this past weekend! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Michael was a fantastic host: super responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the setting was even more beautiful in person. Would absolutely stay here again—thank you for a wonderful experience, Michael!

Great spot in Hampton Bays! The house was as described and in a very cute and walkable neighborhood. Super close drive to the beach and a couple of local restaurants and eateries. Loved how private the spot felt too! David’s done a wonderful job with the backyard, so you get the comfort of having close neighbors without the intrusiveness. Pool was awesome. We definitely enjoyed it!

This house was even better than I expected ! The pool was big. Perfect for a weekend with friends/family. Peaceful. House was well equipped with everything that we needed. Clean. Fast WiFi. Close to Sisi restaurant which is stunning. I enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommend it! A++

The house has an incredible location, walkable to town but quiet, with a large private backyard with a pool. The house is nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. It was cold and rainy during our stay in late May, but the heating system worked very well. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook dinner, but it would be helpful to have a colander to rinse vegetables and berries. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

This was a great find for a long weekend! It was perfect for our dog as the front- and backyards are fenced in. Wonderful kitchen, great pool and close to town which made for a perfect stay. Cindy gives good recommendations on restaurants and activities and is very responsive if you have any questions.

This Home was Amazing!! Anastasia is Phenomenal, I could see why they are Super Hosts. Their home is Beautiful and very clean. It’s filled with amenities! all that are in the description. So much so we didn’t even get a chance to take advantage of them all. We were only there for two days. Next time it’ll be much longer. I love this place!

Great place - small, private cottage very close to Montauk Highway and shops and food. Although the neighboring houses are close, it feels quiet and private inside and in the yard and outdoor seating areas. House is very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay.

We love visiting Montauk, but it is truly Hannah’s beautiful home and hospitality that sets our experience apart and keeps us coming back each year. You could not ask for a better location with close proximity to downtown and walking distance to a private beach, and the home’s outdoor area and backyard are just as enjoyable and serene. Hannah and Jody are such attentive and kind hosts - extremely responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns. They make it a true vacation being here - we will never stay anywhere else! Thanks again for everything.

We loved out stay at Brandon's. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. Waking up with the water views and fresh air was amazing. The house is very comfortable and was great for our visit with friends - we cooked and enjoyed just hanging out.

Had a wonderful stay at Maher’s home for a long weekend. The house was spacious and comfortable and we really liked the location. The backyard has a nice deck and outdoor shower! Maher was extremely responsive and helpful all weekend. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a very clean and comfortable house with good quality linen and towels. There is minimal clutter and the place is well furnished with everything you need in the kitchen. The house gives off very good vibes. The view from the French windows across the deck to the little bay is exquisite. All in all, highly recommended.

My friends and I had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful and clean! The pictures do not do it justice! The house was in an amazing location and I would absolutely stay again!

This is a very special place. The house is charming and historic and spacious as can be. There is so much light! And it’s a ten minute walk to one of the best beaches in the world. You can walk to shopping if you want and the train! This was our second year staying here and I’m pretty sure our little late summer getaway is going to be a regular thing for us! Can’t wait to come back next year!

We had an amazing stay at this house. The proximity to Carissa’s was perfect for a daily coffee run. And the kitchen was incredibly well stocked and spacious for cooking all of our other meals. The house feels even bigger than it looks in photos with lots of room for a group to gather, eat, and hang out. Benn was super easy to communicate with throughout the whole stay. Highly recommend!

Mike is a great host with helpful recommendations and plenty of advice. The house is amazing. Well located, calm, clean and so convenient. The pool is huge and very deep. Everything is perfect. Felt like at home. We will be back

Ann Marie must be one of the top hosts on the app. She was the most responsive and caring person assuring our stay was up to her high standards. The property was suited our needs very well, was close to the beach, and only a short drive away from the main strip in town. Everything was clean and prepared for our arrival with meticulous attention to detail. We would certainly stay here again in the future!

It was a for a group of friends who were attending a local event and this made the perfect base to explore the Hamptons. Close to East Hampton and a short Uber to Montauk and Sag Harbour. The property was spotless and everything was as described.
