My stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The place was spotless, beautiful and exactly as described! The host was super responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. The bed was comfortable, linen spotless and towels fresh, it felt like home. Location was close to shops/supermarkets and markets, but still peaceful and quiet. Now I know where to stay the next time I'm in the Pearl of Africa, would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience! special shout outs to Ronnie-Noah's son, thank you for your kindness and support, and to Anisa as well and everyone who made our stay wonderful. Asanteni!

My friend and I stayed at Joy’s place for a few nights while visiting Kampala and it was a great experience. Joy was a really thoughtful, responsive and kind host, and really went above and beyond. She bought us flowers and fruit and was very hospitable. The apartment is super cute with 2 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located about a ten min walk to Acacia Mall. The only small issue I had was that it was a little bit noisy at night in one of the bedrooms when I was trying to sleep because it is located on a busy street. But otherwise it was a great! If I am back in Kampala I will definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at Marine Drive Kigo. The location overlooked Lake Victoria with peaceful surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of Kampala. The place matched the photos perfectly. Right next to the express highway made it easier to get around by car. Aquarius resort and Serena Kigo nearby for some relaxation. A nearby supermarket by mirembe villas. The caretaker Mr Andrew very very responsive at every point and cleaning staff were superb with fresh bedding every two days. We were very well looked after. Secure location , easy to find if you just notify people “Kigo gardens”. We were a party of 4, stayed for 10 nights. Really enjoyed our stay.

Exactly what I needed after a long flight and exhausting day. This place feels like a home away from home 🏡 peaceful ,quiet and clean. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely be returning. The road to reach there from main road is not good but when u reach there , you are in your paradise. Aidat and other girl who work there are very friendly and cleaned my room anytime I asked. They also offer you an airport pickup for a reasonable price

Barbara’s place was beautiful. It was exactly as she described. However I had business to take care of and it was located too far from where I needed to be daily so I had to cancel my reservation. My disappointment was with Airbnb charging me almost $600 in cancellation fees.

Our stay at Da Wilderness Home was nothing short of amazing! The beautiful home and gardens provided plenty of space for our large group, making it the perfect retreat. This was our first stay here, and we were absolutely blown away—not only by the incredible location (close to restaurants and supermarkets) but also by the exceptional hospitality from our host. They truly went above and beyond in every way! Our organization makes an annual trip to Uganda, and after this experience, we know exactly where we’ll be staying in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a few issues that could have been avoided but Sempijja was pleasant and offered us compensation. House wasn’t cleaned properly but he was extremely apologetic and explained it was an oversight. Suggested they provide drinking water for guests, tea/coffee and basic necessities. Lots of congestion with traffic so try to arrive outside of rush hour. The road in off of Masaka Rd is pretty rough but it’s easy to find. The house, pool and gardens are lovely. It’s very private and fairly quiet during the day, however there is a bar nearby that plays loud music until 4-5 am pretty much every night and a mosque nearby that shouts their call to prayer at 5 am. The fan helped drown out some of the noise. Suggestion - you really need fans for every room. There were only 2 for 6 bedrooms. The pool was amazing and beautiful surroundings. Partly shaded by a large palm which is great if you have sensitive skin. All in all we enjoyed our time and will return.

This is my second stay in this apartment, it's a safer place, easy to access the everything that you may need, this apartment has the Wi-Fi, and the power back up in case of electricity cut. the house has hot water. They have someone in place to help you for cleaning, laundry and cooking if you need to.

Very tidy and central located apartment. Ismael and Leilah are very good hosts and try to make everything possible that you need. They reply immediately and do their best to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. All devices in the kitchen worked well. The apartment is secure with 2 guards on duty 24/7. Will definitely come again!

Highly recommended!! The place is safe, easy to locate and in a very perfect location. We never worried about our safety. It was convenient to go to and from the city. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. A fully equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. Besides Marie being a wonderful host who responds so fast, I would like to mention that Winnie & Sunday were really helpful, kind and reliable. They always asked us how we felt or if we needed any help putting our privacy into consideration. They were always accessible either via the phone or on site whenever needed👌🏽 Altogether made our stay as comfortable as possible. I could definitely stay here again☺️ and highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect and affordable stay ❤️ PS: Nice bar just a few steps away from the apartments 😅

From the moment you enter the compound, the guard greets you warmly and directs you on where to park. Doreka and her team are ready to welcome you and oh what a warm welcome it is. The compound is immaculate! The penthouse is extremely beautiful both inside and out. There is no picture we managed to take that will do this place justice. The pool is exclusively for the penthouse guests and Doreka is willing to make arrangements so that you can use it at all times. On our first night we had dinner by the pool and our wonderful host even gave us extra dishes for serving. Our stay was so enjoyable, we were afforded all the privacy we needed and yet Doreka was still always around when we needed her. She even baked us the most amazing treats. Additionally, on the days leading up to the stay she was extremely great at communication. If there is a level above superhost, she should be the first to receive it!! Did I mention the cleanliness of the place? It is very very very clean!

The two-story unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Emma, the host, was incredibly helpful, and her staff made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our stay and wish we booked more days! As expats living in UG this home was a true haven on top of the hill-a real getaway from the dust, noise, and crowds of Kampala. The view was breathtaking and so relaxing. The kids loved the books, trampoline and pool. My husband and I loved the cool breezes blowing through the windows and the extra large coffee mugs!

We have stayed at one of Shreena's places before and this place was just as nice and didn't disappoint. It's a great location - close to shopping but not too loud. I would highly recommend staying with Shreena!
