Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nakhon Si Thammarat

Great rooms. Great price as well. I love that there is a bathtub. The only thing I was a bit concerned with was the stairs to the top room. I didnt want me to fall so I slept up there. I ended up falling and hurting myself. Other than that it's a comfortable space, comfortable bed & good room overall.

Great location just a 5 minute motorbike ride from the center of town (convenient bus ride to the airport only 100b from the main road Talad Mai ถ. ตลาดไหม่). 1.5 hr ride to Cheow Lan dam and lake, very beautiful drive too! Definitely rent a motorbike in town in order to reach good restaurants, sightseeing, etc. The little house on the canal Room #8 was lovely, clean, and cozy with a cute jungle view--lots of birds and pretty butterflies out the window--no bugs even though it was on the water. The lady who checked me in was super helpful and held my bags on checkout day until 5pm. FYI its a cute resort not a private home.

The place is really nice, easy to order grab!It’s in front of a beautiful river, where you can see the fishermen boats, very quiet and chill place! They bring soap, water and toilet paper everyday for us! I recommend!

nice little bungalow out side of town, stayed here a couple days waiting on my Airbnb on Koh tao to be ready it's kinda basic accomodations but was excellent for what I needed.

Suratsawadee’s place was exactly what we were looking for. We needed a peaceful place to rest before our flight. The place is located at a peaceful place not very far from the airport. The room was big enough. The balcony had an amazing river and tree view. The pretty and cute dogs were very friendly. Suratsawadee was pretty responsive since the start. She also provided the pick ups and drops to the pier and to the airport at a reasonable price. She helped with warm water and some other things when my partner was not feeling well. You can grab the food or ask the host for food as well. I would love to stay again at this place.

Die Unterkunft ist vom Busbahnhof schwierig zufuß erreichbar aufgrund der Entfernung. Ein netter Einheimischer hat uns gefahren. Sobald wir ankamen hat die Gastgeberin schon gewartet und vorher per App mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen ob wir Hunger hätten. Sie hat frisch für uns gekocht und unsere Wäsche gewaschen. Alles kostenfrei. Der Bungalow an sich ist Mega süß sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung wenn man etwas außerhalb übernachten möchte.

Ich war 1 Monat da. Fred hat eine sympathische Art, mit der er Menschen für sich gewinnt. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Es ist kein Sorglos-Paket, sondern ein Abenteuerurlaub. Das Haus ist im ständigen Krieg gegen Meer, manchmal sehr hohe Wellen und oft böigen Wind. Manchmal ist die Brandung kurz vorm Haus. Die Folge ist hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit: Alles ist leicht feucht, häufige Stromausfälle und viel Rost. Daher stimmt vieles aus der Beschreibung und den Fotos nicht mehr. Das Dach ist unbenutzbar. Eine Hälfte des Balkons konnte nicht betreten werden. Der Baum ist umgestürzt. Fred ist sehr hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Denn das Haus ist eine Dauer-Baustelle. Er schickte Handwerker, um Fenster abzudichten oder Bagger, um Wälle gegen das Meer zu bauen. In 1 Monat 20 Stromausfälle. Weil vieles in dem Haus nur mit Strom funktioniert, habe ich es mehrmals verlassen und woanders geschlafen. Die 3.000 Euro Miete für 1 Monat hierfür sind viel zu teuer. Maison, et cuisine, bien équipée, avec une terrasse abritée. Mikki/Mikko (le propriétaire) très agréable et serviable. Le seul bémol, être motorisé.

We can't say enough good things about our stay with Thanyanan at Ban Thanyanan Resort in Khanom. We were fortunate to get of of the 3 villas for our 28 day stay as we enjoy being able to cook some of our meals. Our host occasionally took my wife into town to do some shopping at the local market and the Lotus grocery store which was a great help. Later we learned we could order from Lotus and they would deliver right to our villa within a day. We enjoyed walking to a number of different restaurants in the neighbourhood, many within 5-10 minutes. The pool was a real bonus. We went for a dip every day and enjoyed playing cards out in the shaded area beside the pool, listening to the birds and enjoying nature. Na Dan beach was just a 5 minute walk away. Our villa had everything we needed and was very clean and well kept. Thanyanan picked us up in Khanom, made us delicious mango sticky rice, and really looked out for us. If you're looking for a place to totally relax, this is the place.

Mikko is a SUPER HOST. From the moment we arrived we felt at home, peaceful quiet Serene property, excellent pool, barbeque, full kitchen. powerful AC in the bedroom but the provided fan did the job. Any small issue was immediately dealt with. Best price In town for motorcycle rental. Mikko's restaurant was by far the best in town. Killer pool Tuesdays were a blast. Saturday night market, Wednesday morning market, etc... Khanom is a very hidden gem (shhhh). The house was perfect for us, very comfortable bed, great patio, everything you need for a weeks stay or a year. Amazing area with the best walking swimming beach and waterfalls. Did I mention Mikko's deli products?? beef tenderloin, steaks, pulled pork, cheese, fresh dill and dill pickles, smoked salmon and fish. Just book it and come stay for a month or more, you will love it, we did. cheers Mate

Thanyanan’s place is absolutely wonderful! Our bungalow was clean, had a well equipped kitchen, spacious living area, comfortable bed and a lovely porch. The pool area and grounds were very well looked after with many shaded areas to sit and relax. Thanyanan’s place is well situated; it is a short walk from the beach (200m) and a short bike ride from the centre of town (2km). Thanyanan is the definition of a superhost. When we first met her she showed us around the property, had placed fresh fruit in our refrigerator, took us to a local restaurant where we had lunch and then took us to a grocery store to get provisions. She provided us with bikes to use for the duration of our stay and was always available to offer advice, recommendations and arrange excursions. She took us to the night market, brought us treats from the fruit trees in her garden, made us homemade specialty treats and some traditional homemade authentic dinners for us to try. Thanyanan made our stay most memorable and we look forward to our return next winter.

Ich war 7 Wochen Gast. Für mich war alles so weit ok. Außer der Katzenlärm vom Nachbarn und der Hundelärm in der Umgebung. Was besonders erwähnt werden muss, ist die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeberin. Dies war schon bemerkenswert. Auf jeden Fall ist ein Motorroller zu empfehlen, da alles sehr weitläufig ist.
