Vacation rentals with breakfast in Nakhon Ratchasima

I stayed for 4 nights and it was awesome. First of all, the directions from Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat) to Phimai was super clear and the host, Chris even told us where to stop. :) And together with Suchin the other host, we have a great time conversing about the amazing things of Phimai over dinner. Thank you for being so hospitable to all of us! If you are in Phimai, do consider this residence!

We had an amazing stay at Heaven 77. The House was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy garden with the fireplace & comfortable living area made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect with spectacular views. Communication with the host was seamless; they were always prompt, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated the amazing breakfast with its presentation. It’s clear they put effort into creating a memorable experience for their guests. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Khai Yai and hope to return in the future. Thanks again, for an unforgettable stay!

What a wonderful few days!! I can’t recommend this beautiful farm more. We had the absolute best time. Munin and his brother and mother treated us like family. It was truly a unique and special experience. The breakfast is included and such authentic, delicious Thai meals made by Munin’s brother. They have the most friendly dogs there, and we loved getting to know them and love on them. We were able to use Munin’s scooter to check out the area, loved that!! The National Park is super close as well. Loy Krathong fell on the same dates we were there, so they taught us how to make our own Krathongs and took us to the local town festival to celebrate this beautiful yearly event. Words really can’t describe our experience. Our holiday to Thailand ended on the biggest high note, and it is all thanks to Munin. We would love to be back again, stay longer, and learn more about their chocolate and take some Thai cooking classes with them as well. You will not regret your time here 💛

We had an amazing stay at Nui’s place in Khao Yai! The location is fantastic—less than five minutes from the entrance of Khao Yai National Park—making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The setting is quiet and ideal for families, and even with seven of us staying, we had no issues with space. One of the highlights was the breakfast Nui prepared for us each morning—delicious, varied, and a great way to start the day. She was incredibly helpful, always happy to assist us with booking safaris and other activities. When we had extra guests, bringing our group up to nine people, she accommodated us effortlessly. Our stay was truly delightful, and we couldn’t recommend it enough. It was an unforgettable experience, and if we ever return to Khao Yai, we’ll definitely consider staying here again!

this is a farmhouse, surrounded by rice fields. lovely countryside scenery and an awesome classic wooden house to host you. you will enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, the nice small pool to refresh, beautiful walks around the rice fields, the village, and the lake (100m from the farm), and on top of that- two super-hosts❗️ WELL RECOMMENDED ❣️❣️❣️ Thank you Luck 🙏🏼 thank you Robin 🙏🏼 YES, we had a great time staying with you 😊

הנכס מושלם למשפחה, נקי, גדול ומאובזר, הסביבה די משעממת ואין באמת אפשרות להזמין מונית דרך אפליקציות אז זה פחות רלוונטי למי שבלי רכב, הוילה ממוקמת על גבעה ללא דרכי גישה נוחים בהליכה ככה שאי אפשר ללכת לשום מקום ברגל. ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת והצוות מאוד שירותי ונחמד.

Great place and fantastic hosts. Very helpful in various areas including cooking food for the elderly who were not feeling well. Gave good recommendations and advice for our trip and visits to surrounding area. Hosts also prepared and decorated the dining area for Christmas. Kudos to Jen for the Xmas tree, sculpture painting for the kids, and the various chores which made our stay very enjoyable. Kids enjoyed the feeding of the chickens and roaming around the lawn. The farm was peaceful and quiet, and we woke every morning to birds singing and a gorgeous view of the nature reserve. Thumbs up!

A true definition of a Home Stay! The surrounding area, which is adjacent to Khao Yai National Park, is very beautiful and relaxing. The hosts were very kind, accommodating and responsive. The house place is super clean, new, and comfortable. The breakfast was an amazing restaurant quality bonus, everything on the menu was delicious! There is also a BBQ set menu that you can get for a small fee which was also fantastic. The suggested activities were also great, our kids had lots of fun. Our favorite place was the Mulberry Farm, which was less then 5 minutes drive away. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at Sleep Private Khao Yai, just five minutes from the national park entrance. The home is spacious, with two large bedrooms, high ceilings, lots of natural light, two full bathrooms (including a beautiful bathtub overlooking the pool), and big-screen TVs in every room. The yard is fully enclosed and pet-friendly, perfect for our little Maltese. We loved the large private pool, stocked fridge, and complimentary snack bar. Breakfasts were outstanding—Western on day one (bacon, eggs, sausage, fruit), followed by Thai dishes like homemade Pad Thai, Pad Kra Pao, and sweets with fresh fruit. The host (Nui) was incredibly kind and generous, offering extra meals and great local recommendations. The quiet location is close to many restaurants and cafes. The host's coffee shop also serves as a welcome station and is expanding into a full restaurant soon. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to return.
