I think the photos and description are not enough to describe the comfort and pleasant accommodation they offer. You have all kinds of comforts, the onsen was the best part of course, but also the details in the house (maps on what to do in the city, instructions on how to use the tubs, shoes for every occasion, lots of towels..) it was exciting to stay here and we will definitely be back!

This place has the most amazing view! The location is up in the hills overlooking the city. I'd stay somewhere like this over any hotel. The place was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, the room with the rocking chair with giant windows overlooking the bay was my favorite. This place is so unique, the walls are made from coffee beans and leaves, the restaurant downstairs is adorable. The hosts were such lovley people, they made us breakfast in the morning that was so good and they sat and visited with us, we felt at home. This is a great place, if you're looking for a break from the crowds. We rented a car at Beppu Station and it worked out great. Highly recommend staying here!

We booked the appartement "Scene C" for 4 nights originally but we felt so good that we extended our stay to 6 nights. The communication with the hosts was very easy, they are respectful of our privacy and very responsive. The apartment is fully equipped to cook, the living room is cozy and big, the terrace has a nice hammock to relax. Everything is extra clean. Despite the cold weather outside, we could quickly warm up the place thanks to the air conditioning system. There are restaurants and grocery stores a few minutes away by foot. I highly recommend!! Thank you!
