Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nakagami District

アパートはおしゃれで綺麗で、とても満足でした。近くにいいレストランたくさんあります。車なかったので、バス移動で１０分ほど離れたダイビングショップでレンタルサイクルを借りました。そうしたら移動が快適になりました。近所は落ち着いててのんびりしたい方にとてもお勧めです。また泊まらせて頂きたいと思います。よろしくお願いします。

Jun San speaks perfect English and of course Japanese. He is so friendly, outgoing and welcoming! He has made sure that you have everything you need to settle in quickly and smoothly. We only bought extra tissue and paper towels because we like to have it around. If you like to barbecue, you won’t be disappointed. If you happen to be there during new years as we were, you’ll have to best private view and it’s great! If you’re looking for a place that’s out of Naha and has a local vibe and you don’t mind driving, then this place is for you. We had a great time and loved it.

2nd time visit, very nice place and helpful host

I really enjoyed my stay with First Street. The place is perfect for a nice get away, and has everything you need during a vacation stay. Besides the few little things, my boyfriend and I have decided that we would definitely return and definitely recommend.

Very easy access to american village and araha beach. Place is complete with everything you’ll need and more! Even laundry soap and kid’s toys are available! My family and other guests are really happy with our stay. Will def book again if available on our next visit! Highly recommended!

Kattaka has an incredible house for long term stays and especially if you have pets. I researched this site for awhile trying to find a place that was pet friendly, within the per diem allowance, and with enough space where we wouldn’t be falling over each other. This house was a perfect match. It has everything you need for several month stay while you house hunt. The photos do not adequately convey the space and layout…you have two separate bedrooms, with one in an L shape with two twin beds and a desk. Plenty of closet storage for luggage and items while you await your next house. There is a washing machine with drying lines outside on one of two patios. The house has covered parking and is walking distance to a Lawsons and three izakayas that serve delicious food and beers. Camp Courtney is 8 minutes away and has a 24hr gym. It took me about 24 minutes most days to reach Camp Foster via the expressway.

Information guide located in the home along with emailed instructions were informative. Home has beautiful space. The pull out couch is listed as an additional bed, but is falling apart. Plenty of linens and household supplies were available. Home was located close to where friends live in Okinawa so was a perfect, quiet spacious home for us.

Outstanding host, very accommodating and welcoming. Venue was better than we expected. Will definitely be staying here again.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! We were in Tokyo and Osaka for a few days and this little oasis and peaceful retreat was exactly what we needed. We didn’t plan our transportation very well, so definitely get a car so you can drive to places. We were able to walk to a few spots and even to our Blue Cave tour so that was no problem! All our worries melted away here. Eddie even offered to drive us somewhere if we needed so the host ratings are top notch! Thank you Eddie and we can’t wait to come back one day!

It was a beautiful home with a great vibe. I recommend you stay here if you enjoy peace and quiet but close to fun. Super close to beautiful beaches. Nothing like west side of the island. A must visit

全体的にとても素敵な家でした！　デザイン性があり一つ一つの家具や照明などとても可愛かったです。とても過ごしやすい家でした。ただ近くにコンビニなどがなかったので車がない人には少し不便かもしれないと思いました。

結婚式で家族７人で宿泊させて頂きました。 とてもおしゃれで広くて、場所もよくて快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 しいて言うならほとんどのコンセントがゆるくて、すぐ抜けてしまい、朝おきてみたら充電ができてなかったのが多かったです。 延長コードを１つ持って行ってたので、あった方が便利です。 あと、お風呂のカーテンが短いからか、トイレの床がびしょびしょになる事があり濡れないように洗うようにしてました。 全体的には、とても良かったです。 歩いて1分の海からの景色も綺麗で、夜の星空も綺麗でした。 予定を詰め込みすぎて、BBQなどする時間がなかったのが残念なのでまた泊まりにきます！

Worked well for a large group, beautiful views. Would recommend renting a car if you are planning on staying here.

We had a fantastic stay here with our two year old. She loved playing on the balcony, the large bathtub, and having a separate room for her away from the living area was so nice. It felt very safe and child friendly. It was an easy walk to the beach but we rented a car and I suggest that for getting out and about easier. The pool wasn’t actually open yet so that was a disappointment and there is also a large construction project happening at the back of the building. This didn’t ruin our trip but if we had not brought our sound machine for our toddler’s day nap, it would have been difficult. You could not hear the construction from the main living area, only the bedroom so it was still peaceful. We would 100% stay here again. We were sad to leave!

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens smelled freshly laundered, adding a welcoming touch. Traveling with little ones was made even easier, as Yota kindly provided a playpen and a collection of stuffed animals to keep them entertained and cozy. Overall, this home felt like a true home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a large group, and I look forward to staying at another one of Yota’s properties in the future.

1.地點在巷弄比較寧靜的住宅區 2.房子很透光，白天非常明亮，裝潢選用的佈置讓晚上的燈光很有復古氛圍 3.浴室三間，廁所兩間，浴廁是分開的，洗手台也有兩個，非常利於多人入住，不過吹風機只有一支 4.洗澡切熱水要稍等一下，後續水溫很穩定，水溫水壓適中 5.公共空間插座很多，沙發都非常舒適 6.有一間房間很典雅，但鏡子對著床，如介意者可再考慮，房間內配置的插座較少 6.廚房配備很齊全，冰箱運轉聲音較大
