Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Naka Ward

I had a very smooth experience with Section L. Everything was as expected - convenient location, clean room with everything I needed, friendly and helpful reception.

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Host and co host were responsive and aided with queries. location was walkable to surrounding points of interest. metro station was within 10 mins walk. well equipped Airbnb. with lift definitely made the stay easy for family with kids or multiple luggages the stay easy and stress free. Definitely try it.

Great host who gave clear instructions on how to get there which was helpful. Location was convenient with walkable convenient stores and multiple markets. It was close to a train station making it easier to get to Shibuya, Ueno, and Ginza. Would stay again!

Flexible check in. We arrived after 10pm and was still able to easily check in. We had our bags delivered and they were already placed in our room. No need to pick it up from the front desk. Washer/dryer combo was used everyday with supplied detergent. We didn't use the kitchen but there is enough to make your own meals for longer stays. Multiple convenience stores nearby as well as restaurants. Our favorites were Boulangerie Noli et Nori for morning baked goods and Byron Bay Coffee Company for coffee. Ubers ranged from 1,600 to 3,000 yen

This was a great place for our family of 3 (including a 7 year old child). The place was clean and spacious. It was also within 5 mins walk of the station. There is a restaurant downstairs where we could ordered gyozas when we were tired. The beds were big and comfortable. Kitchen and laundry is a must and this worked out perfectly. It had everything we needed. Rumiko is very responsive and was a fantastic host. She sent us pictures of the entrance so it was easy to find.

We had a wonderful stay at Miho’s place! The apartment itself is adorable with the comfiest bed and ambient lighting. The neighborhood was also lovely as it was very quiet but with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Miho’s guidebook was also extremely helpful when choosing places to eat. We always looked forward coming back to Mitaka after being in the city center! Thank you for an amazing stay :)

想像以上に駅から近くて、子連れの長旅で疲れていたので歩く距離が短くて助かりました。3階まで階段しか無いので、荷物が重い人や、乳幼児連れだと大変だと思いますが、うちは1泊だけで荷物は少なく、子供達も小・中学生なのでまったく苦になりませんでした。 中に入るとピカピカにリノベーションされており、おしゃれなアート作品も飾られていて、青を基調としたインテリアが爽やかで素敵でした。浴槽が無く、シャワーが２室並んでいるのが面白いですね。家電も色々揃っているし、食器もたくさんあり、何も不自由なく長期滞在できそうです。 結構古い建物なので窓ガラスが薄いみたいで、窓を閉じていても寒気が入ってくる感じがしました。夜中冷えたので、もっと暖かい羽毛の掛け布団か毛布があったら更に良かったと思いました。敷布団(マットレス)はポコポコしていてとても寝心地が良かったです。 チェックアウトの日がちょうど燃えるゴミの日だったので、8時半頃に歩道のゴミ収集場に行ったらもう回収済みで、その後1日中ゴミを持ち歩くことになってしまいました。玄関のドアに、ゴミは8時までに出してください、と書いてあったので、完全に私が悪いのですが、私が住んでいる自治体では実際に回収に来るのは書いてある時間よりも何時間も後なので、油断してしまいました。 とにかくすべてがキレイで清潔で広くて、とても快適に過ごせました。大きなテレビでYouTubeを見れたり、子供も大喜びで、こちらを選んで良かったです。ありがとうございました。

Hiroki was the host during our stay. The place really did match the description and actually exceeded our expectations. Hiroki was always a generous, friendly and helpful host while also sensitively respecting our privacy. And his English is perfect which also helped! He told us this had been his grandfather’s house. He still runs a super community cafe and gift shop adjoining the house. The garden is really lovely too. And the bikes! The house was perfect for our small family reunion in Japan. Chigasaki is a lovely town, off the international tourist map but with gorgeous coastline, surfing scene, Hawaii vibes!, views of Mount Fuji and fabulous restaurants and bars. Also very well connected by train and a great local bus which stops right outside the house. Day trips to Enoshima, Kamakura, Tokyo and Hakone. Also took a weekend to visit Kyoto by bullet train. All a perfect introduction for a first (or subsequent) visit to Japan.

La maison de Kan est située dans un quartier extrêmement calme (peut-être trop calme pour certains). L’endroit est chaleureux, très intime, bien loin de l’ameublement stéréotypé auquel on est habitué sur Airbnb. La tiny house de Kan est astucieusement aménagée, accueillant deux personnes dans de très bonnes conditions. Attention toutefois aux visiteurs les plus âgés, l’escalier est assez abrupt et l’accès à la baignoire assez difficile. Kan a été très attentif à notre bien-être. Nos quatre nuits dans sa maison ont été très paisibles et nous recommandons évidemment son logement. Merci pour tout !

We had a great time. It was the perfect base to explore Kamakura by foot. We would love to come back .

Yasu was the most thoughtful host! He kindly came to pick us up from the station and was so helpful with recommendations and information. There are adult bikes available to use. When we asked Yasu, where we could rent a bike for our 6 year old, he bought one for him! Our son was over the moon and loved cycling around. We explored many parks, and we didn’t cover all of them. I can highly recommend the Traffic Park, for kids. They have bikes and go-carts for the kids(for free). The house is really lovely, spacious and comfortable. Our son, had the room downstairs. He loved the mini foosball table, and having a huge room all to himself. There were welcome snacks and the fridge was packed with food and fruit! The location was also terrific for getting around. We loved it here, and would definitely come back again!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. We stayed here for 1 full month & 200% recommend the house and location! LOVED THE SPACE: home was spacious and SO comfortable for both kids and elderly. Host also provided games / toys (which my kids loved) and a baby chair and baby napping futon which was incredibly helpful! Rooms were also very spacious and the bath was SO comfortable with generous amenities provided. LOVED THE LOCATION: (1) close to station - only 5-7 min walk (2) delicious Izakayas were all walking distance and SO CLOSE / everywhere (3) convenient stores were also at every corner (7/11, Lawson, aeon - couple min walk) (4) Uniqlo / small mall with food spots/ don quijote was just two stations away at Keikyu-Tsurumi stop, and not crowded which made shopping amazing. MEGA Don quijote also walkable (25 min) and amazing! YATSUZUKASANS COMMUNICATION: Really appreciated the incredibly fast responses, hospitality, and flexibility. Host and location was above & beyond my expectations - highly recommend!

Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

Perfect stay! Extremely close to Oedo line. Walkable distance to Shinjuku. Clean, spacious, safe. Jun was also very kind and responsive. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

Klein aber Fein. die Unterkunft hat wirklich ALLES was man braucht. Sie ist auch sehr sauber und zentral.

We really enjoyed Aileen’s place for the 6 nights we stayed and we really found the Nakano station very convenient being on the Chuo Rapid line we could get to Shinjuku in 5 minutes. And from there we had several connecting lines to travel anywhere within Tokyo. The space in the apartment was lavish compared to the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms and we could easily have all our luggage in the living room. The deck was an added bonus as it has some spectacular sunset views. Overall a wonderful place to be in a quiet area but close to the action.

Stayed with four people, but felt the accommodation was spacious especially for Tokyo standards. The host was very responsive and very accommodating!
