It is very close to the bus stop. The surrounding environment is also very nice and suitable for walking. Some shortcomings are that the stairs upstairs are steep. What a special place. We were lucky enough to find this house as we cancelled another part of our trip and ended up staying 3 days here. This was the most beautiful Japanese house we stayed at over the years. The decoration is very intricate, beautiful in every day. The kitchen is exceptionally well furnished, we cooked every night and nothing was lacking. The situation, right in front of a pier makes the house stand out in so many ways. And we loved all the things to do in the region, it was a great discovery for us. Of course, we had our own leased car, we don't know how one would manage without transportation in the vicinity so we can't speak to that. All in all, we had a fantastic stay here and cannot recommend it enough.

Lovely house ideally located in the heart of the picturesque village of Okawachiyama. What a pleasure to be directly in a splendid setting when leaving the house. In addition, we felt very good in this warmly decorated house. We were both outside and inside, the stay was too short.
