Our cute casita is situated in a large garden beside a river. You can listen to the birds and howler monkeys, relax in your hammock on the patio, and look at the Guanacaste trees in the garden. You can use the pickleball / basketball court on the property with a terrace and outdoor kitchen. You can walk to Marsella beach (10 min.) or Maderas beach (20 min.), where you have great surf. It is 10 min. to San Juan del Sur: you can already use the new road, the Costanera, that is being built.

We couldn’t believe it with our eyes when we arrived and saw the view from the villa. Everything was perfect, including the caretaker Lisbeth and her husband, the nicest woman we’ve ever met, she was there to help us with local recommandations, breakfast, the place was so clean because of her! The villa definitely has the prettiest view of San Juan. I recommend you go there with a rented car tho because the taxi is kind of expensive! Except that the place was perfect, it’s private but it’s still not that far from the city center. Would go back for sure!

His energy is incredible, warm, uplifting, and full of positivity. He’s one of the kindest and most genuine hosts we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, Rolland made us feel completely at home. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and loves sharing the magic of Popoyo. die Leute in Deutschland sprechen immer davon dass sie im Paradies leben wollen. dann sollten Sie zu Toño kommen. er hatte eigentlich noch eine andere Reservierung in einem Hotel und wollte nur die erste Nacht bei Tonio verbringen und haben dann die andere Reservierung storniert und sind hier vier Tage geblieben weil es so schön war :) 5 Sterne!

We had a great stay in San Juan del Sur! There were four of us, and the house was modern, clean, and very comfortable—exactly what we were looking for. The beach was within walking distance, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, both walkable and just a quick drive away. The area felt very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
