a floor house , 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms , a vonet, a vegetable garden , the kitchen has everything you need for your stay , there is a samovar and grill , backgammon , lotto and all sorts of board games , decent and cultural neighbors , a quiet courtyard , a clean beach across the street , 5 minutes from the big entertainment center Atlant with a swimming pool for adults and children , and a water park , as well as a shop within 5 minutes drive , and many different restaurants , 5 minutes walk behind the house there is a large forest.

Place is ideal for the ones want to enjoy daily forest hiking and rest in beach days.
