Lovely and beautiful :) I have no words to express how the little details captured my heart. 24 parking is located 3 blocks down and there is a roof top balcony upstairs which came in handy when we needed to smoke. All communication was smooth, and very responsive. Heaps of places to eat and the community around this Airbnb was just incredibly warm and inviting. 100% would love to stay again

Very peaceful place to stay. Do not visit if you don't have a car. Keiko was a wonderful host providing us with an authentic Japanese breakfast, which at times was a bit much but very tasty indeed. Do not visit if you enjoy city life because this is very far away from any such business.

Haru San was a wonderfully warm host. From receiving and dropping me back at Shigaraki station to driving me to the Cultural park and the Maruni tool shop she was most helpful and prompt in her responses. The place is very beautiful and green and surrounded by rice fileds, hills and forests. Would love to go back in the future.

Overlooking the Yoshino River! You can enjoy sunset and BBQ in the garden. A private rental old house with just one group at a time!

千里Rating, 5 stars6 days ago
It was a very nice old house that felt nostalgic, like the game "Boku no Natsukyuu" that was popular in the past! There is a veranda, a BBQ in the garden, and a spacious living room. It was a very relaxing place to stay for a Japanese person, and my mind was reset. There are all the appliances and kitchen utensils, and the bedroom on the 2nd floor is also clean. Personally, I would have been very happy if the bathroom had a bathtub, but the room was so nice that I didn't mind. (Because it was sweaty in June and the surrounding hot spring facilities closed at 18: 00) Three things to keep in mind for those who are reading this review. ① You cannot drive directly to the front entrance. The parking lot is far away, so you can't park next to it. ② You will need to walk a little from the parking lot to the inn, and you will need to go up the hill, so if you have a lot of luggage, you will need to divide it into multiple trips. ③ The stairs to the 2nd floor have a steep angle with high steps, which is unique to old private houses, so please be careful if you have weak legs. I would like to visit again the next time I go to Yoshino.
A modern shower area features a minimalist design with stone walls and a sleek showerhead. A large mirror reflects the serene outdoor garden, which includes a small tree and decorative stones. Natural light gently illuminates the space, creating a calming atmosphere.

Our stay at Icy's apartment for two nights was absolutely fantastic! The apartment itself is stunning – it's clear everything is brand new, with beautiful furnishings and a really fancy, modern design that made us feel like we were in a high-end boutique hotel. Beyond the aesthetics, the location couldn't be better. We loved being within easy 15 minutes walking distance of all the major tourist spots, and the surrounding area was so nice and comfortable to explore. What truly made our trip exceptional was Icy, who was an incredibly helpful and responsive host. We felt so at home from the moment we arrived. Highly, highly recommend!

Keihan Uji Station 3 minutes/Luxury River View/Projector

YumaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Within walking distance of Uji station, it is in a quiet and calm place along the river, and I was very soothed from the moment I arrived😌 The interior was also tasteful, and it was a really ideal space to relax with friends! Before check-in, I happened to meet the owner and asked about the insects I saw nearby (they seem to be called "Tobikera"), and it seems that they are unique to the rich natural areas that only occur for a period of time in spring and autumn. When we stayed, we had no concerns, and the room was very clean and comfortable. My friend, who doesn't like insects, was also able to relax👌 The communication was polite and the response was quick, and I felt the high level of hospitality. It is a lovely inn that I would love to visit again in a different season!
