We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

This place was by far the best AirBnB experience I ever had. They provide so many amenities that are not listed on the property description and was such a surprise when I checked in. They provide free of charge a refrigerator full of snacks, drinks, coffee, tea, toiletries, toothpaste, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, combs, hair brushes and so much more that made me feel right at home. It was so well stocked I had doubts about leaving a review as I might not be able to rent this place again once the word gets out how "GREAT" this place was. Top floor unit with beautiful views

Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

The house is great.

Spacious accommodation, can cook (but the fire is not strong😁). Everyone likes it. But the path to the beach may not be very convenient, but you can go. The beach is muddy. There may be a storm. Overall, it is suitable for large families to gather and socialize. It does not focus on the sea view.

Great location, literally 1 minute from the beach. There are many cafes and restaurants close nearby. The pool was fun, and had a slide which the little kids enjoyed. The whole house was clean. The kids also really liked the karaoke machine and sang songs for many hours. Overall a great stay.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on.
