The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

Thank you for the towel for each guest, which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the use of the community pool which was very refreshing after busy mornings sight-seeing! Your home is in a quiet complex about 15 mins away from Pattaya centre and beach so it was lovely to have peace on our return each day. The main road is only 100 yards away which gives access to lots of bars, restaurants and a foodmarket which we enjoyed exploring! We stayed for a month (low season – May). The villa is well maintained, with a warm pool, bright living spaces, and all the amenities you need. The host was welcoming, and the housekeeper kindly handled our laundry for a few hundred bahts. Fast and mostly stable Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen (even though we didn’t cook). Very few insects or mosquitoes. Quiet and safe neighborhood, some light visibility to neighbors but the area was mostly empty. Shower pressure was a bit low. Having a scooter or car is ideal, but Grab and Bolt work well from the villa.

We had a great stay at Uncle Noom's house. The host was always responsive and friendly. The house was great and has everything you may need and more! We were pleasantly surprise and enjoyed all the little details of the organization in the house. It is well thought out and clearly arranged with the experience of living in it. The location is right in between the beach and the wet market. Easy to get supplies and enjoy a BBQ by the pool/jacuzzi. We seriously enjoyed our weekend!

Our host was very accommodating and responsive. Mam even drove us around on our first day to buy food and drinks. It was 10-20 minute drive from the busy spots of Pattaya. The place was a bit old (but in a good way), very huge, and beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in this home.

Was een geweldige villa waar we alles op ons gemak hebben mogen doen en snelle service the host was bij elk probleem in een kwartier in actie om het op te lossen. Echt leuk dat je supermarkten in de omgeving hebt moest je iets te kort komen kan je alles gelijk halen !!

nydelig hus, rolige omgivelser og perfekt for avslapping. Verten var superhyggelig og veldig behagelig og snakke med, her anbefaler jeg alle og ta seg noen dager viss de er i Pattaya området, gang avstand til Stranden og mangen fine resturanter i området, anbefales på det sterkeste! Jeg er superfornøyd! 🙂
