Vacation rentals in Na Khao Sia

We stayed at Siripakorn and Matt’s villa for a month and had an absolutely amazing time. The villa is located in a more authentic, less touristy part of Thailand which we really appreciated, and the views from every corner of the house are simply magical. Siripakorn and Matt were incredible hosts, warm, helpful, and always responsive. The internet is fast and stable throughout the villa, making it perfect for remote work. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable, with good A/C in every room. It’s also a perfect base for visiting the nearby islands, which are absolutely gorgeous and easy to reach. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back!

We spent an amazing week here and would love to return one day! We hired a car so that we could explore the island, which we would really recommend. A few comments have been made about the steep access, but it’s not a long distance to walk down to the main road where the shops and restaurants are. We have children, and lots to take to the beach, so having a car was essential. The house is beautifully designed and the beds are super comfy. The view is incredible and the pool is a perfect size for cooling down. The kitchen is small but had what we needed to make simple meals, but the local restaurants are so good and cheap that we didn’t want to self-cater much. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a private, quiet space, and also anyone interested in wildlife as the hilltop location is perfect for bird watching. It’s a hidden gem!

I loved my stay here, the square is very cute and the people who welcomed us made us feel at home! The food was very much and the organization of activities was offered to us! I recommend the place for a quiet stay!

Writing this review whilst laid on the deck overlooking the Andaman Sea! The Perch Villa is bliss. The Villa its self is so peaceful and just like the pictures, the plunge pool is also perfect to keep cool. Like the other reviews there is construction next door but it didn’t really bother us. Jan, the house manager, was simply wonderful and kindly arranged everything for us before we arrived at the villa - transfers, scooters, onward transfer, nothing was too much trouble and her warm welcome made us feel instantly at home. The Villa is a walk away from the village centre and a few local cafes, restaurants and bars. A short scooter ride opens up more possibilities around the island, especially deserted beaches! We loved our stay and wished we were able to stay longer!

A dreamy getaway - away from noise, tourists and stress. Being inside feels still like being outside with huge windows and an amazing sunrise to wake to every morning. A good restaurant and all you need around the corner. You can’t swim in the water, but the shade and the wind lets you forget about it.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is gorgeous. The pool incredible - we loved the outside space. The house has everything you need and more. Maria was always on hand for anything - she is a sweetheart. Her husband cleaned the pool every morning, merci Maria xx it’s a lovely short walk the beach, with a lovely little local shop close by for drinks/snacks etc.

Words cannot describe how incredible our stay was. Pete alone was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had! He was so responsive and had so many amazing recommendations, a true local guide. There was a slight plumping issue in our room and he upgraded us to the most breathtaking villa. Pete was very caring and attentive to our needs and made sure we were looked after properly. Nancy, the cleaner, was also the kindest soul and so helpful. I cannot recommend Pete’s airbnbs enough. Koh Lanta was so welcoming and we met so many special people. This place is absolutely stunning!! Would go back in a heart beat!! Just maybe not in April as no A/C was a killer!! The house and the sunrise is just to die for!! Only other thing was the cockerel’s the will wake you up about 4am and keep you up for the foreseeable but we got use to that as we enjoyed the sunrise!! Will certainly be back. Many thanks.

My partner and I are on a several month long trip around Southeast Asia and this spot was a perfect place for us to relax during our stay in Ko Lanta! We love cooking while we travel and the apartment has all of the home amenities we are used to, from simple things like a cheese grater, vegetable peeler, basic cooking seasonings, a full sized fridge, AN OVEN (we haven’t had a place with an oven since we started our trip two months ago) and a grocery store nearby we were able to make our meals with ease! The washer on the property was a total bonus as well (since we’d been traveling for quite a while already)! Scott and Nong are also wonderful hosts! They got us situated with a transfer from the ferry dock and handled all of the motorbike rental details ahead of time so check in and check out were a complete breeze! Would 11 out of 10 recommend this spot to anyone visiting Ko Lanta, great hosts, great location, great price and a WONDERFUL apartment! We definitely intend to return!
