This apartment is centrally located 1.5 miles to Harvard, 2 miles to MIT, 1.3 miles to Tufts and 1.5 miles to Lesley universities. It is a 5 minute walk to Magoon Square. 15 minute walk to Union Square and a 20 minute walk to Davis Square. Davis square Red line trainstop is 20 minutes walk and Sullivan Square Orange line train stop is also 20 minutes walk.

My place is a beautiful new house located in the Hip neighborhood of Davis Sq in Somerville. Conveniently on the bike bath leading to Davis Sq with its T stop and all its great restaurants and bars (15 min walk). 2 Mins walk to the new Green line extension that takes you to Cambridge and Boston. The house is close to the Tufts University or walk to Davis Square and take the Red Line which takes you to Harvard and MIT.

This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other second floor bedroom and a ground level room, which are also rented through AirBnb.

You would share the newly renovated kitchen and bathroom with other guests in the 1300 sqft apartment. A quiet neighborhood with tons of restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store that's only one block away. Equipped with high-speed internet.

From our house to Downtown Boston is about 15 minutes drive. Near Harvard university, Boston college, Fenway. Bus 64 station is 5 minutes away from our house to center square/MIT. Bus 57 is about 15 minutes walk distance to kenmore square/Coply. Bus 86 station is also 15 minutes walk distance to Harvard university.

Lovely bedroom and full private bath in my home on quiet residential street, cozy, private, lots of natural light, or block the light with shades. Super comfortable bed. You may use the kitchen and dining area. Shops and restaurants nearby. 5 to 10-minute walk to Porter Square subway station, 20-minute walk or 5-minute subway ride to Harvard Square.
