Vacation rentals with beach access in Mystic River

I was happy to return to this beautiful & peaceful location for a 2nd time, a literal oasis this visit despite the rain. The design and amenities in the studio are stunning and make for a comfortable, effortless stay. Thankfully a sunny morning enabled an enjoyable lovely wander through the trails on the property, a great way to start my day! Bert is a superb host!

Elaine has a lovely apartment. Very pristine and quiet with amazing views. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Her instructions were perfect and we had no problem with whatsoever anything. If you’re ever there do not miss the morning sunrise. Outstanding. Thank you Elaine & Rich for a lovely stay. We hope to come back some day.

Patty’s place is the perfect choice for a weekend getaway. My husband and I loved how quiet it was and the beach down the road was perfect for our morning coffee. We had the pleasure of meeting Patty and she was very responsive. We will definitely be back next year for another relaxing, quiet weekend together.

What a great Airbnb! I’ve been traveling to the area a lot and this felt like discovering buried treasure. The place was bigger than the photos alluded to, the hosts were gracious and accommodating, and the stay was very quiet while still being near amenities.

Jason was a great host. Very responsive to any questions we had while staying on Shelter Island. The location is great - easy walk from the North Ferry and central to great restaurants. Airbnb was exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again! Thanks again Jason!

Barbara’s place reminded me of the way airbnbs used to be. It felt like home-away-from-home. The accommodations were high quality and clean, and there were even some tasty snacks! We loved our stay. Everything was as pictured. Stony Creek was wonderful, and we look forward to visiting again next year!

This is one of the best places I've stayed in a long time. Idyllic, pastoral... it was perfect. Just wish we could have spent longer there! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, and it's hard to argue with a host who keeps the second "B" in "BnB"! there were fresh eggs and milk and pancake mix provided. Our five year old liked watching the chickens and feeding them our food leftovers, and there's a great play area (unfortunately the weather didn't give us much of a chance to use it). We can't wait to find a time to come back! The only tricky bit is not getting confused by the driveway - the host's directions are PERFECT but it takes a sec to realize that you turn in and squiggle between other properties and only then you'll see things you recognize from the photos.

Want to stay in a quaint and quiet place that walkable to a Beach? Look no further to this Place. Set inside a classic brick building, this has such character and the Heart of the Town is only no more than one block away. So many places walkable for here and this is a very close knit Community! I would be more than happy to return here again! Thank you so much for hosting!

This was our second stay at Crystal's beach house. We love it!! So cozy, perfect layout for our extended family. Crystal is the sweetest, and most thoughtful host! We even found a new waterfall she suggested that we weren't aware of (despite my husband and his family being from the area). We love this home and look forward to staying again.

This place was perfect. So much to do locally and mystic is just a few miles away. would definitely stay again. GREAT HOST

Rosemary’s house is beautiful and was perfect for our stay! There was 8 of us and it was just right!

Host was accessible and responded to questions very quickly. House was located right off the highway, easy to find, and located close to many local attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Eileen's beautiful waterfront home. The view from the living room and primary bedroom of the water was so peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the cozy living room made for a wonderful family gathering spot when we weren't dining out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, visiting wineries, or viewing local scenery. Eileen was incredibly responsive to small questions we had. We would definitely book again!!

From the kayaks to the coffee, our stay was glorious! I loved waking up every morning to the gorgeous view of the Niantic River. The indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable and there are so many amenities. Location is perfect- a short walk to the boat dock and back entrance to the Oswegatchie Hill Trail. I went there to relax and to see and hear the ocean... it didn't disappoint... Not only sand and ocean waves, but I got a birds-eye view of a small members only marina (dealing mostly in sailboats). Plus the added enjoyment of watch boat traffic since we're close to NY and the islands. Plenty of beach to play on and constant sm wave action. Lots of restaurants, stores and Costco all within 15 minutes of the house if you need something. I would definitely return to enjoy this sanctuary. Sandy Y. Manchester CT

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.

Fantastic weekend spent in Montauk! Close to everything. Matthew was quick to respond to my questions before we arrived. Would defiantly book again!
