I loved my stay in the Mulafosser cottage. it was in pristine condition, with all the needed amenities and supplies. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. The entire cabin was very clean and comfortable. The surroundings are incredible, truly epic views in all directions. It was nice to be so close to Gasadalur and Mulafosser for sunrise and sunset photography. Stunning location. Would absolutely stay here again if I am fortunate enough to come back to the Faroe Islands!

Extremely comfortable and well equipped home. Well located in Sandur, about 35 mins from Torshavn. House is in walking distance to some excellent hikes along local dramatic cliffs. Great smart tv, modern and stylish furnishings. Jens is an excellent and communicative host. Much recommended.

Very central location, never more than a 10 minute drive to anything you need in the city. Parking was easy to find. The included amenities such as the washing machine and kitchen were a big plus. Host was easily reachable and was willing to help with anything we needed!

Great location to start your day in Torshavn. We were challenged to find the unit as the ad did not show the door, just the buildings around the neighborhood. Once inside everything was great. Be aware the locked door relies on your phone using an app. Not our favorite as you lose your phone or it runs out of battery, you would be stuck. Also meant one person always had to be the one to unlock.

Very well located and comfortable apartment. And everything very clean. we went with two kids and they were very happy and comfortable. Sunneva greeted us with a wonderful venar and do for her! ( the jam and the beautiful buns). it was a very nice stay and we felt at home!

I stayed at this yellow house for 3 days while visiting Faroe Islands, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is cozy and well-decorated. The location is very convenient, with a supermarket and gas station nearby, and it's also close to several attractions on the islands. The view from the window is absolutely breathtaking, But the best part was that Tom and Leivur are incredibly friendly and there was a guidebook provided, really wanna stay here again when I visit the Faroe Islands next time!! 真心非常推荐，谢谢！

Comfortable and cosy place to stay. People complained about the TV being in the small downstairs bedroom, but I thought it was very cosy and convenient to have it in there. The view out the window is great and you have a small local supermarket 1 minute walk away. There are also very nice hikes from the doorstep. I hiked to Fjallvatn lake which I can highly recommend. There are many other options. I would recommend this place!

A thoroughly lovely apartment in quiet surroundings with great furnishings and exquisite views. We stayed there with our 3 adult children and everything worked perfectly and with a quick response when we had a question. We had rented a car and it was a good location to drive out of. Highly recommend.

Karsten was always responsive and extremely helpful. The space was cozy and very clean with all the necessary items. We were delighted with a few beers and sodas after a long day of travel. Groceries, restaurants and other shops located within walking distance. But nothing can beat the amazing views of the harbor!

Myself and two other friends chose to visit the Faroe Islands from the USA. Johns place in Mikladalur was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to feel fully in touch with nature and the islands and the experience of having to ferry to the island was amazing. It is truly a beautiful house that John has made and everything inside was so clean and new. The view from the house is unbelievable and it will be a view I'll remember forever. Everything about the stay was great, it was amazing to be amongst all the sheep as well. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

The house is in a beautiful little town, easy to check in, the kitchen and living room facilities are very modern, we enjoyed a perfect dinner here. Please note that a suite has only two private bedrooms when booking, we need three private bedrooms, so we booked house 1 and 2 at the same time

We are 4 family members first time travel to Faroe, it was most amazing living experience ever by staying at Frida’s Nordic-style cozy warm home, easy to get there from airport, 5 minutes to the local town market, 20 minutes drive to big Bonus market. You could have the best view from the home that make you want to stay there for whole day! Inside the room, it’s very cozy and home appliances is well equipped, we felt heart of host that paying attention to every small detail. If we come back to Faroe again, we would choose to stay here again for sure!

The spot is absolutely worth visiting with a great view overlooking Tornshavn, in the middle of meadows with curious rams :) Cosy, you can feel really like at home! Also, there is a bus stop on the other side of the road. The owner is very helpful, reacting quickly - great communication. Highly recommended!

Asa’s apartment was so lovely I didn’t want to leave! Super clean, beautifully furnished and had everything you could need. I would definitely recommend it if you are staying in Klaksvík. If you are travelling by public transport, it is worth noting there is a steep hill to climb with your luggage to reach the house but it is totally doable and well worth the views of the fjords!

We loved staying at Benita’s place. Benita left us snacks and drinks upon arrival and was super responsive to any questions. The ocean view out the window was terrific, and the place was great to come back to after long days of walking, hiking, driving around the islands, etc. And it’s just a quick 5 minute drive into Torshavn, or a 20 minute walk. Everything was just as advertised!

We stayed here for two days and felt very good, the host was very welcoming and patiently taught me how to use the kitchen equipment, I will stay here again next time.

stayed for 10 days at Anna's house and it was a pleasure. We are every year in the Faroe Islands (since 2007) where we rent private houses and it is absolutely in the top 3, can only be recommended.

My wife and I spent 6 days in this beautiful apartment. Very clean and functional. Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, lots of appliances, a large Smart TV, but above all great views. The location is great for visiting the Faroe Islands, in a short time you can reach the capital and all the islands. There are not many restaurants nearby, for those you have to move to the capital which is still only 30 minutes away. 10 minutes away there is a well-stocked supermarket. We recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy the peace of the Faroe Islands with a strategic location but also super quiet.

Really great place and very friendly host. This place is great value. I stayed there alone but it has space for multiple people. The view out the main large ‘conservatory’ area attached to the living room is very atmospheric. The 70inch Tv is also very nice if you like to watch YouTube and films. There are many great walks from the doorstep. I did the short hike to Trælanípa which is an incredible place. I highly recommend Gunnars place if you are staying in Miðvágur.
