We were in the are for my mother in law's birthday celebration. We needed a home that could accommodate our family. There was plenty of room. Prasanna was very easy to communicate with. All in all a great stay and we would stay there again if the need arose.

Our only regret is that we didn’t have longer to enjoy the beautiful and homey apartment and absolutely breathtaking surroundings! John does such a wonderful job making sure the apartment is clean, inviting, and well stocked with everything you might need. We got a great night’s sleep in the very comfortable beds. On top of all of that, he is warm and friendly and it’s very apparent he loves being a host. Thank you, John!! We hope to have the opportunity to stay again, only for more than a quick visit next time!

What a hidden gem!! Everything was wonderful and the location is amazing. A little hard to find, but worth it because it was private. TVs did work well but we weren’t there to watch TV. The place was clean and it had EVERYTHING we needed. It had every pot, pan and spice you could ever ask for. Plenty of seating, rooms were nice, porch was amazing. Plenty of places to sleep. We would absolutely go back anytime!! Thank you for a wonderful time!

1st Class Rentals-#1 Location for Baseball Parents

Great location - easy to walk to the main strip that has restaurants. Short drive to gas, DD, bigger chain restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Small park few blocks away for the kids to play wiffle ball. Plenty of parking by the house. Easy drive to All-Star Village. House is equipped with everything you need. The house has beautiful stained glass windows and a lot of "old charm" to it. Lovely front porch to sit outside and enjoy coffee. But expect older appliances, flooring, cabinets, drawers, furniture, windows, bedding, etc. Everything was in working condition. House is spacious and easily accommodated us. We enjoyed our stay very much. Dave made it very easy, provided an early check in which was very helpful to get settled before the ASV parade. One of the families who has a younger son (who hopes he will also play at ASV in the future) already said she would book here again! Thanks Dave!

Luxury lakeside Log Cabin in forest

While the access road is not for the faint of heart and more closets/clothing storage is needed, the cabin was very clean, well-stocked and organized. There were plenty of movies to choose from and a big firepit to enjoy. The property manager, Mike, was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, the cabin is a lovely place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the incredible view.

We had such a great girls weekend at Tanya’s place in Sylvan Beach! The house was just as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The location was ideal, with plenty of great dining options nearby and everything was just a quick drive or walk down the beach away. Check-in was super easy and stress-free. Tanya was a great host, and we’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

The house was just a quick ride outside of town and very easy to find! Plenty of space for our family and we were able to enjoy a movie on the big screen downstairs! Sometimes in our lives we come across a place that nourishes our souls and celebrates all that is good and beautiful in our world. The Overlook at Ithaca was truly a retreat for us in every way! Jordan was available by text if we needed anything and always kind and prompt in his responses. To say that the Overlook was clean is an understatement!It is pristine and so thoughtfully and intentionally designed for ease and comfort and rest. When we arrived there was gentle music playing, a personalized welcome note and everything glistened with care and impeccable attention to every detail that spoke to us of such exquisite care and gracious hospitality. The view from the Overlook is breathtaking and we loved being enveloped in the clouds and watching the beautiful sunsets. Our weather was superb as Spring unfolded, but even on cloudy days - the beauty and comfort of this living space is so restful and renewing. Thanks Jordan for this 5 star experience. We hope to visit again someday.

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location for us to ride our snowmobiles. Plenty of room in the driveway for our truck and trailer, easy to find- next to the Pine Tree which was very convenient- and so peaceful and quiet. The host was responsive and we didn’t have any issues. Definitely would stay again!

Vernon & Merrie were wonderful hosts and were always very responsive before and during our stay. The house is a perfect fit for 2 families. It is very spacious and we felt like we had 2 homes in 1 with 2 full kitchens. This was a huge plus as our stay was over Thanksgiving and the extra space with 2 refrigerators, multiple ovens, etc… all came in handy. The house is very well stocked and it’s clear the hosts put a great deal of care and thought into creating a great vacation for their guests. Highly recommend!

Be aware that there are 3 houses on the property so you are sharing the very large yard which can be good for teams and families but you may not want.
