Cozy archipelago cottage on a lake plot with its own dock, patio and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on the island of Långgarn, 7 minutes by my boat from Söderby pier. Can also pick up/drop off by car at the commuter train Tungelsta station, included. Free parking is available at Söderby dock. Access to 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower. Close to a public sandy beach, 200 meters. Nice outdoor toilet with lake views. Very nice walking paths around the island, which is about 3 km long. There are no stores on the island.

The house is located on a farm from 1805 and has its own garden and patio. Wake up to birds chirping and morning coffee on the balcony before taking a bike ride down to the swimming area. Don't forget to stop in the blueberry forest. Nice forest walks, good roads for country road cycling, flea markets, cultural heritage and ancient monuments are nearby.

Open kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Living room with sofa bed (140cm) and table/chairs. Bedroom with 2 beds. Toilet and shower. Canoe is available to borrow in summer. Other times in consultation. Pets and smoking not allowed. Bed linens and towels are included. 45 min drive from Stockholm.

You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

This accommodation is perfect for, for example, transit to/from Gotland via Nynäshamn. Take a break in cozy Ösmo! Here you have proximity to most things; animals, nature, archipelago (Nynäshamn), city center with grocery store, restaurants and swimming pool, as well as good transportation to Stockholm City. Why not enjoy a vegetarian buffet at Ösmo Plantshop, which is just around the corner? Or look at paintings from the 15th century by Albertus Pictor in Ösmo church right across the street? You live on our property.
