Family-friendly vacation rentals in Mushroom Bay Beach

We stayed here for 2 days. The rooms are clean. The ambiance around the property is peaceful. Hosts are very humble and welcoming. They provided us extra fresh fruits for our baby. The food (breakfast and lunch/dinner) provided is local home cooked, freshly prepared and tasty. Do try the floating breakfast which is one of a kind experience in itself. Heartfelt gratitude to the Oding family for hosting us. Definitely recommended

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Tisya's Guest House in Nusa Penida! The room was spotlessly clean with a beautiful sea-facing view that made our stay truly memorable. The homemade breakfast was fresh, simple, and felt just like home — a perfect way to start the day. Tisya is an incredibly kind and attentive host who made sure everything was taken care of. Her hospitality made us feel like we were staying with family. For the price she charges, the comfort and care offered are truly exceptional and well worth it. While the guesthouse is a bit away from the main market, the peaceful surroundings and warm atmosphere more than make up for it. Wayan is a fantastic host! Very proactive, very helpful. He went above and beyond and made sure our stay was perfect! He gave the best recommendations and was always a call away to drive us or guide us to get to the places we wanted to visit. His wife cooks yummy food and makes sure the house is clean at all time. The smoothie bowls were to die for!

I Ketut’s place was absolutely perfect. It was far enough away from the busyness from Ubud but not too far to scooter into the centre. This was made even better with the scooter rental available at I Ketuts home. His family were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was included and restaurant quality! If you need any recommendations I Ketut was able to provide. I would recommend his home in a heart beat.

Unforgettable Birthday & Honeymoon Stay – Incredible Hospitality We stayed at this villa in Bali for my birthday and our honeymoon, and it was truly the most unforgettable experience. Dewa, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Anything my fiancé and I needed was taken care of with care and attention to detail. The on-site staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They gave us a relaxing spa treatment right at the villa and even cooked a special homemade Balinese dinner for my birthday—it was such a thoughtful and memorable surprise. Dewa also arranged all of our tourist excursions, making it so easy to explore Bali without stress. Everything felt smooth, personal, and effortless. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful stay with world-class hospitality, this is it. We can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Dewa, for all you did for me and my wife!

We are very pleased to stay in this villa. it is completely private, in a wild area. In the morning you wake up to the sounds of wildlife. The villa also has a high quality speaker, which allows you to make the atmosphere better. I recommend the place!

We had a wonderful week, celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. The villa was very well located: a short walk to a large supermarket, shopping, restaurants and great massages. It’s a hidden oasis! Komang and Gede were sooooo friendly and helpful: their daily breakfasts were very yummy and very filling: we didn’t go hungry! They ensured our rooms and the living spaces of the villa were always clean. It was great to chat with them too, about local culture and their families. They were absolutely full of smiles and appreciated a good laugh. Komang has a lovely, cheeky sense of humour. We’re so glad that we booked this villa for our holiday. Would definitely recommend.

Made and David make us feel like home, lovely host, friendly and always paying attention if wee need anything. Location is great, in the heart of Canggu, plenty of shops and restaurants around. Villa is clean with a nice pool. Strongly recommended!!

This place is an absolute Heaven. Tucked away in a quaint little corner of Ubud. The place has an amazing view of rice fields with the elevated covered deck giving beautiful setting to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets alike. And The host Made is one of the nicest person you would ever meet. An absolute gem with a heart of gold looking after the smallest needs of the guests. And Yes The Complimentary Breakfast provided by him is a wonderful treat. We shall be back here again.

This is THE TOP Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Yes, the lodging is stunning, the location is great ( short walk to rice terrace hike), the private and public pools were amazing, the restaurant was great, the floating breakfast was exceptional, and the swing was way better than the big touristy one, but the thing that blew us away was Citra’s hospitality. Thoughtful touches EVERYWHERE, like flower petals in the tub, delicious welcome snacks and drinks, calming music videos, and a special surprise…Citra is the ultimate host and we really wish we could have stayed a little longer. She genuinely cares about her guests. Thank you for a dream come true!

Absolutely fabulous stay. Gorgeous room and really lovely staff. We loved the hammock and the net platform area, which the staff supplied a doona for and it really extended the outdoor living area. Food was good and not overly expensive (there’s nowhere else to go nearby) with a choice of room service or restaurant dining. The hot stone massage was outstanding!

Nyos and his team are amazing. Location is beautiful. The views are amazing. It feels like you were in the middle of a treehouse mansion. However, if you do not like bugs and insects , this is not the place for you. You need to keep in mind that you are in the middle of a jungle and there are many crawling bugs, flying bugs that come into the house during the day when the doors are open.. otherwise everything was perfect and the service of the team was excellent, they did their best to make sure I was happy.

Our family loved our 5 day stay here. The pool was a massive highlight for our kids and we, the adults, loved all the amazing cafes and restaurants withing walking distance, and the fantastic hosts who were so lovely and helpful. The location, in the wonderful Sanur, was great. No negatives whatsoever about this AirBnB. Highly recommend!

Our group of friends stayed at the C View Villa, and we absolutely loved our stay! The view was breathtaking. We were surrounded by nature, and the ambience was very peaceful. Each villa was clean, and had its own unique design. One of the aspects we enjoyed the most about our stay was the staff. They provided exceptional service and were so friendly. They made us feel as home. A special thanks to Thoip, Nadine and Wayan! We highly recommend this stay and hope to visit again in the future!

Peaceful and perfect. This beach house was a serene escape—quiet, relaxing, and exactly what my family needed. The layout of the house was fantastic: spacious, well thought-out, and made it easy to unwind. Would absolutely stay again if I went back to Nusa Lembongan.

Wayan and his wife were both lovely people. They made me feel right at home. Wayan picked me up and dropped me off at the end of my stay free of charge which was great! His wife made a delicious breakfast for me every morning. They are both very friendly and made my stay even better. The villas are nice and comfortable. It feels like you have your own space and the pool was very handy. I definitely recommend their place!

Having stayed in a couple of places in Nusa Lembongan, this is the best. I’m writing this message before we even leave the place as it has been so exceptional. So accommodating. 100% back again. Staff in particular were brilliant. Thank you!!!!

We loved our stay! Even more beautiful in person than the pictures. Great location in Nusa Chenigan, being such a quiet place on the island. So many lovely sight seeing points close by including the Blue Lagoon. Will definitely be back!

Esther is super responsive. Great location for us walking distance for most of our needs. Rooms huge, and liked the outdoor area, not big fan of sitting in aircon all day. Gede was a great host and helped when requested. Will be definitely be considering when return to island.
