Non-smoking apartment (3rd floor with no elevator – narrow staircase) quiet and comfortable. Beautiful location to explore the city center in a very pretty square. Monuments and shops are a 2-minute walk away. Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in the living room). Bed linen and towels provided, as well as basic kitchen items. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "my accommodation"), free surface parking 200 m away. We live in the building and will be available if needed.

Ideally located for visiting the city on foot, very close to the esplanade, 5 minutes from the train station, the arenas and the historic center, a very quiet area, close to restaurants, museums and shops. Our very bright, fully furnished accommodation with vintage items in a bohemian style is a duplex comprising a large kitchen open to the living/dining room, a bathroom with a double sink, and a separate toilet. Upstairs bedroom with a skylight and (NEW: CEILING FAN in the bedroom)
