Up to 4 guests dived into 2 bedrooms: 1 queen size bed in the master suite plus 2 single mattresses at the office room (Please note: the 3rd bedroom is closed for guests because that’s where I keep my personal stuff.) Freshly renovated and very bright flat! Safe and quiet neighbourhood. No elevators/lifts but only one flight of stairs to get to the flat. Kitchen with everything: cooktop stove, oven, huge fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine. Pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery. Laundry room with washing and dryer machine. Iron, washing powder and cleaning products available. Big supermarket right in front of the door. If I'm in town when you come, I'd love to interact with you, show the city around, tell you more about our culture and habits. I communicate very well in English, Spanish, Danish, and, of course, Portuguese. So I can help you by being your guide and translator. Safe and quiet neighborhood. It's called Cidade Jardim (or Garden City), so there's a lot of green areas everywhere! There is a big supermarket right in front of the apartment and you can buy anything there with cheaper prices! Close by (right on my corner) there's an avenue with all kinds of shops: clothing and shoes, book stores, snacks places, bars and restaurants. 10 reais (R$ 10) cab fare to the cultural center and the nightlife spot of the city, SAVASSI, close to a lot of bars and restaurants. Easy access to all public transportation and to get a cab! 5 min walk to the bus to the WONDERFUL Inhotim Museum: (from the Mercure Lourdes Hotel). FOREIGNERS, come and stay here in BH a very cozy and welcoming big Brazilian city! And enjoy a lot our party like mood in our nightlife bars in Savassi! Experience our city's hospitality!
