We are located at Calle Carlos Arniches No. 11 in the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes from the La Latina metro station. On this street, El Rastro is held every Sunday and it becomes pedestrianized. The apartment is super bright as it has lots of natural light both in the living room and in the bedroom. My hideaway is a quiet loft since it does not face the street, it is very well designed and is very comfortable. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is very central with a 24-hour supermarket and a market 20 meters away with restaurants and tapas places. If it's Sunday you can walk to the flea market, which is spectacular, walk to museums, Retiro Park, Atocha station and the subway 20 meters away. Fully disinfected after each departure. Totally refurbished loft with modern features but with a cosy feeling. The outdoor patio is very rare to find in central Madrid. Spacious layout and very high ceiling. Double glazing, individual gas heating, kitchen fully equipped .Double good mattress bed. Is very quiet. You don’t hear a noise despite being at one of the trendiest area, full of restaurants shops and fashionable bars. At the best location to visit the whole Madrid by foot.You will love it.Trust me.
