Marcos' house is in a great location, close to the Mall and the Park (less than 10 minutes). It has all kitchen utensils, barbecue and laundry. It was extremely clean, with smelling bed and bath linens. Cozy and spacious place, exactly matches the listing. Another facility that I and the group loved was the convenience at check in and checkout, which is done remotely. Extremely considerate host and respond quickly to all questions! We love the stay, we'll be back soon! I recommend it!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. A very well thought-out space for a peaceful stay. It's right next to the mall where there's a market, so you have everything next door. Great place for a business trip as was my case. The neighborhood is quiet and I had no discomfort. It's worth it. The host always responded quickly to messages and was very polite. I'll be back for sure.

Exactly as shown in the photos. Use of technology has greatly facilitated access. Very accessible team and they give several tips to make your stay easier. Very clean and fragrant room. Spacious. Parking in front. My family and I loved it and would definitely come back.

Without a doubt, we were extremely pleased with our stay at Mr. Maércio. The place is very quiet, the house is spacious, impeccably clean and equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The barbecue area is complete and perfect for leisure time. For sure, we intend to go back and host again in this great place!

Our stay was excellent, Antonio was very attentive and polite, he showed us the place at check-in and we felt very well received and at home, the facilities are very comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms too, everything very clean, the kitchen and rooms are equipped with everything, the outside is a gift, the huge yard and an incredible deck, we had great family moments at Racho Dobri and we will definitely be back, thank you for your hospitality!!!!!

Espaço Araucária positively exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable environment, good quality bed and bath linens, suitable household utensils in perfect condition, everything perfect for the guest to feel at home. It is worth mentioning the host Fauze, extremely attentive, timely in communication, interacting during the period of the stay, with emphasis on the suggestions/indications of places to dine, breakfast, or even visit! The house is even better than in the pictures, it is in the back but the privacy is huge, the place has exceeded expectations and the host is very requested always quickly ! It was very worth going with my Family and if returning to Andradina for sure the priority would be this home thank you to the hosts we hope we didn't have a lot of kkk work

The house is huge, in person it is much better than in the photos. The cleaning is impeccable, the location is very centralized and the double suite has a new air conditioning. I believe that it holds about 10 people by the size of the space.

Very good, pleasant, spacious and air-conditioned house. Condomínio com mercadinho de auto service 24h, places for walking, fishing... The hosts were very attentive and answered all our questions. I highly recommend it!

Apt befitting the photos, with the entire structure for stay. EXCELLENT condominium, a few meters from the beach, and a minute drive from Beto Carrero Park. I recommend it to everyone.
