Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Murray County

I’m tempted to write a bad review so more dates will be available when I’m ready to come back. This was our 2nd visit and it was great again. So much to do without leaving the house. Fishing, kayaking, volleyball, badminton, ping pong, foosball, fire pit, board games, etc. Great price too! The only problem this time was that the WiFi was a bit spotty, even after a couple resets. Probably for the best though! Looking forward to our next visit soon hopefully.

Nicks place exceeded our expectations. We had a blast and had plenty of room for our guys motorcycle trip. I would definitely rent again.

This place was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed during our stay, including plenty of firewood! The house and amenities were easy to navigate, the light switches were all labeled! One thing that stood out was the smell of the towels and linens. I usually expect scratchy towels that have a bleached smell. These were soft and smelled like they were fresh out of the dryer. Great host and I will definitely book this property again!!

The home was lovely. The drive way is very hard to turn around in. We enjoyed our stay over all. Beautiful view from the front porch.

We stayed at Jeff’s place while traveling home. It is about 3 miles off of 75 and it was convenient. Several dining options. It was fun to see all of the beach decor. They really went all out with the beach theme and we loved it.

Fantastic stay. The house was perfect and the fenced in yard was great. We loved that the deck was gated too.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Kim was super sweet, highly responsive and has thought of everything in the house. The kitchen is equipped with almost any cooking tool/pots & pans. The house comes with plenty of towels & toiletries. Besides the river, the coffee bar was probably my favorite part of the house; what a well thought out & fully stocked coffee bar! I had 2 special requests and Kim was wonderful about both. Check in was easy-peasy. The river is stunning. We enjoyed cool wildlife like beavers floating down the river & hawks flying above clutching their catch of the day. And so many birds singing! We enjoyed a very clean hot tub after a long day of canoeing & hiking. I also loved the special touch of seasonal decor throughout the home showing extra care about their guest’s experience making it feel like home. The kids enjoyed the pool/air hockey table a lot so that was a great feature upstairs! Thanks Kim!

The home was beautifully equipped, very private, peaceful and close to everything we wanted to do. Jenny was an excellent host !!!!!!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend here! I can honestly say that this was one of the most welcoming Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The hosts greeted us and gave us a thoughtful tour of the space, and they even prepared delicious homemade cookies for us. They also ensured that heaters near the river functioned well, and they made themselves available for any questions. The location and room itself were peaceful and incredibly comfortable. I already hope to come back for a get-away weekend once the weather warms up! I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough.

This place is worth the money!!! It is a great location and very peaceful. Less than 10 minutes from Ellijay. And Savannah is an excellent host. She had everything you need plus snacks and drinks. We seriously only needed clothes (although there is a washer and dryer). We will most definitely be back!!

This place was amazing, highly recommend! We were able to roam around on their 92 acres care free, and we visited some local shops. The host was so amazing to talk to and told me a little bit about the land and history which always makes things so much more personal. We are planning a trip back as we speak. It's so nice to be away from the hustle but still have such amazing things to do around the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Hilde’s place! The location was peaceful and beautiful, offering a perfect getaway. We needed to check in late, and they provided incredibly detailed instructions with pictures, which we really appreciated. We also brought our dog, who had a great time socializing with their friendly and adorable pups. Michael and Hilde were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Despite some bad weather over the weekend, they thoughtfully reached out to offer suggestions in case we needed shelter for the night. We would love to return and enjoy the close proximity to the water next time!

We loved to stay here, it is so peaceful, the furniture and the decorations are beautiful and the beds are really comfy. The porch at the river is outstanding to sit there and to enjoy the sunset. Wally Hindman replied always fast and I recommend the place highly and we will definitely come back.

Jody and her husband are consummate professionals. Jody always goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I stayed there for several months, and some very bad storms. She always let me know what happened on the 2 occasions that the power was out, and it was quickly restored. Anytime storms were coming she brought by a case of bottled water, just in case. The stairs up to the apartment are easy and very sturdy. Not cramped or steep. Everything is very well cared for. For someone desiring a peaceful area, with the convenience of shopping and great variety of restaurants and services within 7 minute drive, this is the BEST. You can go nature walking, biking, or just sit and watch the birds. If I have more work in the area, this is where I will stay. She has the best rates around, and she is absolutely the best to deal with. I wanted to put 12 stars!!!!

Cute apartment overlooking the town. It was the perfect place to spend time in downtown Ellijay. We will be back again .

Thank you Cyndy we had a wonderful stay at your cabin. The rec room downstairs was our favorite for family games and activities. The neighborhood is also really fun. There’s lots to do right in the community and it’s located near so many things to do and see. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Really very private, remote lots of room to enjoy a walk down to the pond and long driveway which we enjoyed very much! The pond was very clean and it was great for our doggie she loved running around didn’t bother the geese ! The flowers were on the beginning of blooming, I’m sure it’s so beautiful with spring in all its blooms!!! We would to have seen that! For a truly quiet getaway this is it!

What an incredible home! The communication with Chevonne was incredible. She is so nice. The views were utterly breathtaking. The feel of home is what you get here, a true haven! The driveway looked a little intimidating at first, however actually driving it was effortless. The outdoor fire pit was wonderful for roasting marshmallows & making s’mores, the fireplace in the home was easy to use too! The home theater was a great bonus and was really fun for our family Mario kart night & our Wicked movie night on New Years Eve! 😍 We made popcorn almost every single day! The hot tub was wonderful. The front yard is very spacious and we used it to have a Nerf gun war. The pool was heated and the little arcade at the rec center was fun! Everything you need is there! (Except an air fryer, lol- but we brought ours) 🤣 Thanks for sharing your home with us! 💛

Very clean, everything was working properly even the games in game room. Kids had fun in the woods by the creek. Great view.

You can tell this cabin was built with intention, everything is right where it’s suppose to be! Very clean and well maintained. We stayed 2-nights while working a job site in Ellijay. 8 guys in total, we grilled out and enjoyed ourselves in the evenings. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, eat, hangout, and shower! We sincerely enjoyed our stay. We’ll book this cabin again in the future! (without all the working) Thanks Garrett!

We very much enjoyed staying at Anna's Place. It was clean, we felt right at home, and Josh and Anna were very responsive when we needed help with something. I would love to stay there again sometime.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and loved every minute of it! The chalet is so beautiful and tastefully designed. They truly thought of every detail. We felt like we were in a movie the whole time! Some of our favorite details were the beautiful kitchen, the record player, the hot tub, the back porch, and the view of the trees out the big windows! We would absolutely recommend if you are wanting to get away to a private and relaxing retreat!

We visited Megan’s place as 2 families with kids ages 2 to 15. The game room was beyond perfect for the big kids, everyone enjoyed fishing in the lake and walking around the woods, and the adults loved the hot tub. The cabin is very well stocked, the beds are comfy, and Megan was a great and responsive host. Would definitely recommend!
