The place is just like the photos and description. The kitchen is super equipped, nothing is missing! The truth that we felt right at home. The tranquility and location are excellent. We would choose it again!

It was all very tranquil. Erick is very responsive and responded to our requests promptly. The condominium is small but very cozy and clean. It has an indoor garage, which is a rarity in Porto. You can walk to Cupê Beach. And by car to the center about 5 minutes. Thank you. We'll be back.

We really like the space . It was well organized and very clean. Flexible check-in and check-out. Responsive host. It only lacked a stove for the kitchen to be complete or an air fryer, but we managed to adapt, because in the surroundings there are several restaurants and it is well located. I really liked the space and I already miss it!! I recommend it!

We stayed for 5 days. Very pleasant environment, apartment equipped with everything necessary for food preparation. Ana Claudia was always helpful with any questions that arose. The fact that the apartment was on the ground floor made the difference, especially because we were with children.

When we arrived we checked in quickly and when entering the apartment we noticed the affection and care in every detail... It was worth every penny spent to live this experience. I highly recommend this place, you won't regret it 🥰

I had a great experience at Lucio's house. The residence is very well equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a peaceful stay. The rooms have air-conditioning, ensuring pleasant nights even on the hottest days. The kitchen is complete, with a microwave, sandwich maker, plates, cutlery and brand new glasses, as well as a water purifier that provides cold water with a quality similar to mineral water. The leisure area is a great advantage: spacious, with a clean barbecue and a very well-maintained swimming pool. The pool attendant even makes daily visits to make sure everything is always in order. The house accommodates guests very well, is located less than 300 meters from the beach and has several shops nearby, including the Arcomix supermarket, which is a few minutes' walk away. The street is quiet, not very busy and conveys security. I highly recommend Lúcio's house for those seeking peace, comfort and moments of relaxation. I will definitely be back

Clean house, clean pool, safe. Close to the beach, Very close, and arriving at the beach, walking about 3 minutes to the right, there is a great kiosk to enjoy the day. Fabrício, always responding quickly and kindly.

The stay was very nice, Álvaro very attentive! We took a speedboat tour indicated by him, the people who helped clean the house as well. Too Indico, ideal for going with the family and relaxing. Everything good!

We love the location, last year we stayed in a guesthouse right next to the site, but this year we opted for something different and felt at home. What a cozy place, extremely welcoming neighborhood and the other guests are super friendly. Icaro answers super fast by asking our questions. It was an amazing experience and if we return soon it will be our first option to stay again

It was a great stay! Spacious apartment, it was clean. It accommodates 6 people well and can fit more, as it has a sofa bed and two more mattresses. Very close to the beach, although it is a rough beach, we went to the Cupe point by car and it was wonderful. Great pool, we'll definitely be back.

My girlfriend and I loved the apartment as soon as we arrived, a very beautiful place, cozy, perfect for a couple. The kitchen had everything we needed to spend the 4 days we stayed. The pool view, the proximity to the beach, everything was great! Gi, who received us, was very attentive to us and Luciana was always very attentive and helpful, we will definitely return on another occasion!

Excellent apartment, spend 15 days very relaxed, the complex is quiet and with everything at your fingertips, Vicente is a great host concerned to be, absolutely recommended, the area has several restaurants, supermarket, pizzerias, sushi, ice cream shop, pharmacy. The property is consistent with the photos, except for the sea view, since they are building a building with about 4 floors in front, which partially blocks the sea view. It would be interesting if the photos were updated, because although incredible, the view from the apartment is not the one available in the listing, which was the main point considered when choosing this apartment and not others in Aloha. I recommend providing face towels and a larger clothesline, the one available was small for drying the bathing clothes of 6 people. The host was very helpful and attentive to the tips, as well as to the specific problem with ventilation/air control. Another point is that guests are instructed to wear yellow identification wristbands inside the Aloha Residence throughout their stay, and it is possible to change them, but when we requested the change on the second day, we were warned that it would not be possible to change them daily, as it would incur costs for the condominium.

The condominium is wonderful... The only "but" is that it only allows one parking space per tenant. So if it's two families in two cars, one will have to be parked "outside" in front of the property, although there are security cameras there. The infrastructure of the place is very - very - good. The location is perfect! Silvana - hostess - is a proactive, attentive person and left her place impeccable... I highly recommend it!!!

Wonderful place, very peaceful and beautiful condominium, the host is easy to communicate with, we had no problems with anything, very cozy apartment and contained all the appliances we needed, we went as 6 people and a child, but it easily accommodates 8 people. We highly recommend it and will be back again
