Amanda’s apartment was excellent! It was in great location with easy access/walkable to city center and great restaurants. The apartment itself had great view of the harbour, was clean and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay! I will not hesitate to recommend Amanda’s place for a great stay!

The house was great, awesome location, beautiful views, easy walk to the beach and local cafe, all amenities were provided, spa was a nice bonus. The whole family enjoyed there stay, beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy, Kane was responsive on the only query we had which was how to use the tv downstairs. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is in the perfect location, close to the beach and shops, nicely appointed, comfy and with great views. We actually endured the tail of an intensive storm and the entire area lost power for 36 hrs (obviously no fault of Jonny's). During this period Jonny, stayed in touch and offered his services and support where possible. Would highly recommend the house and Jonny and would certainly book again.

Our Family (2 Adults, 2 Children 5y & 3Y) had a fantastic stay. The location was quiet and close enough to everything. Beautiful Walking track 2 mins from the front door which feels very distant from the city location. The Pool, which is the perfect size for the property, is great for the kids and deep enough for adults to soak in, it also feels very safe with the fencing. The kid's rooms are perfect for children up to their teenage years and the master bedroom is comfortable and has a good view of the backyard (Tramp and Pool), allowing you to relax from inside and watch kids outside. Off-street parking is covered and easy to access and the living area and kitchen are all nice and family friendly. Thanks again for hosting us and we look forward to returning one day.

The Airbnb is in a very convenient location. To our surprise, the kitchen was fully equipped, making it perfect for our family’s long-term stay. When we checked in, the house was very clean and tidy, and Rau and Simone responded promptly and provided great help. Knowing that we had a baby, they even prepared a cot in advance—many thanks for that. There was also a washing machine and a dryer, which made our stay even more convenient. BTW, watching the sunset in the yard was very relaxing. If we have the opportunity to visit Auckland again in the future, we would love to stay here again.😊

This is a lovely home, beautifully decorated, with any amenity you could want or need. We enjoyed our time here very much. However, the airbnb posting is not completely accurate. The tenant lives in the same building, underneath the living room and his music and movements are often heard. This was not a deal breaker for us but should be made clear.

Rose's place is as described and very centrally located. The furnishings are very nice with lots of extra thoughtful touches like charging cables, little treats in the cupboard, board games, bathroom supplies. We didn't cook any meals but there is oil, salt & pepper and vinegar in the cupboards and a good range of pots and pans. We had family over for drinks and snacks and there were plenty of glasses and plates, including some pretty dishes for snacks for eight of us. There is some road noise but at seven floors up it isn't a problem. The view is lovely and the apartment feels very light and airy. One bedroom is separated from the living area by frosted glass doors. Anyone sleeping in that room has limited privacy but it does maximise the space available. Rose's communication was great. Our check-in had some issues due to road works and an incorrect code but Rose quickly resolved this for us.
