The place matches the photos, but the condominium is unfinished. The mattresses could be better, the bathrooms had dirty shower doors and showers with unsatisfactory jets, the house does not have bedding and towels, which have to be rented separately. The bathroom trash cans had no trash bags and the amount charged for the energy consumed I found high for the period I used, but the house decor is beautiful and with a very charming gourmet area!

we love to spend the são joão at the cheerful ranch,Alex and Esmael very attentive and helpful, the atmosphere is great for those who want to relax and have contact with nature,the ranch house is well equipped with everything one needs . I'm sure we'll come back again.

House well equipped with kitchen and bedroom utensils. Everything seemed clean and in good condition. Care with the details is noticeable, everyone liked it! It has two employees who carry out daily cleaning in common areas, as well as preparing meals and organizing the kitchen. Attentive and friendly team. Bathrooms were clean and organized. The property looks secure, which has made the lodging quiet. It has nearby grocery stores that deliver on the property, which makes it much easier to buy basic products. The Internet works properly. The host allowed me to take my small dog. The house has space to keep animals, but it needs care for the river and at night, because some dogs can stroll through the property. Although tame, they can scare some more reactive animal. Improvements: Some of the air conditioners did not refrigerate the environment properly. It may have happened because they were very hot days.

Chalé in a neighborhood far away, but not far from the center, in what appears to be a housing development. The house is all walled, has a beautiful garden , safe for pets, including cats. Cabe 1 person; 2 if you are a couple. (box has no privacy). Balcony with table and chair. The room is large with minibar, air-conditioning and TV. A and a half wall is all glass. The kitchen is clandestine. It is located at the back of the chalet and has to go around it to access, it has a sandwich maker, a blender and a microwave. A pia that loses 1/3 of the microwave space. Basic utensils, cups, cutlery, glasses and glasses of wine ( no wine opener, beer or can).The logistics of the meal is: pick up the groceries in the minibar, go to the yard, warm up the food, bring it back to the balcony (or eat standing in the kitchen), return to the yard to wash the dishes.

Nice place and very well located in an area still with native vegetation. Great for those who like a little bustling beach. The place is part of a beach house, host occupies the other part. Hope may have helped.
